That Makes Me Smart
 

With dismay I saw and heard Donald Trump state to 84 million people in this great country, that it made him smart to not pay any federal income tax. Several years ago another person thought that was smart and, like him bragged about it. I believe that person was named Leona Helmsley. She was convicted of tax evasion and spent a few years in a federal prison. The vast majority of persons in this country can not identify with a self proclaimed braggart, billionaire, flapping his jaws about being smart for not paying taxes. Some say, not me but many of my friends, that Mr Trumps federal tax returns may contain many deductions that are not allowed by current tax laws. There are lots of questions out there. Amazing, fantastic, believe me.

I am just saying.

So, in other words, you WISH you were as smart as he is.

So let me ask you this. When you fill out your tax returns, do take all the deductions you're entitled to?

If it turned out that your deductions equaled or exceeded your income, would you leave off some
deductions so you will pay at least some taxes. It happens a lot where a sole proprietor when establishing
a new business will show several years of losses before paying taxes on income.

Millionaires frequently will make an investment in say a shopping center or factory and will show a loss
even though they had several million in income. The government allows these deductions because it
stimulates the economy and provides jobs which pay taxes.

Trump is audited almost every year. We would know by now if he is evading taxes.

Besides, why would he lie?

The Federal Courts long ago ruled that all Americans are entitled to use any aspect of the Tax Code to minimize their taxes .
It would be difficult to believe that Mr. Trump`s taxes have escaped annual scrutiny by the IRS .

Democrats seem to take issue with Trump's current tax return, but don't seem concerened with the Clinton's recent tax filing "errors".:1rotfl:

Every millionaire or billionaire are tax Cheats. How and the he$$ do your think they got so rich? As warren tax cheat Buffett says his secretary's pays more taxes than him. IMO One problem she don't have army of lawyer's cheating state and federal governments out of their outrageous shares. IMO the federal government Democratic controlled IRS needs to collect taxes owed by their party members and spend half the time in stead all the time auditing the other party. How far would americans get if they told the IRS that they would NOT pay any taxes until Trump either showed his tax liability or how much he has contributed to the federal government in the course of 10 years. I don't call it smart I call it evading, and he says he's not a politician!

What is the upside of Trump releasing his taxes? Are you going to vote for him if he does? Of course not.

There is simply no reason for him to release them as it will not change the needle one way or the other.

Americans who are voting for him, or against Hillary, actually like the fact that he is giving a middle finger to the elite media establishment.

If, you check, you will find that days after he gave that speech that helped to get OBAMA elected, Buffet having aready given as much as he legally could to OBAMA'S election campaign, Buffet held a fundraiser in Chicago to shake down his firends and business associates to give more to OBAMA.

You will also find that BUFFET bought PRIORITY STOCK SHARES in Bank of America. If, you are not aware if a business fails first paid are the bond holders then priority stock holder and last the regular stock holders. You buy priority stock for the DIVIDEND. Had Buffet bought BONDS it would be taxed at the highest tax rate-I think it is now 56%. The dividends, EVEN FOR BUFFET are taxed at 13%.

The tax code is currently 86,000 pages.
Among some of the abuses of power, there is a section that allows STARBUCKS to pay taxes as a manufacturer. REASON-they roast coffee.

Cain proposed a flat tax-his 6-6-6. Even he said he would keep the sacred mortgage deduction-SO MUCH FOR THE FLAT TAX. Oh and his plan was based of something written by Steve Forbes and the number he used was 12-12-12.

Nothing has changed throughout history-people want but they want someone else to pay for it.

And yet, to liberals Buffet NOT paying taxes is perfectly OK and considered a patriotic duty. You folks would crack me up if it wasn't so sad that you are so biased and WRONG.

I took all the breaks available to me this year and paid a big 3% income taxes. Who do you think paid the most total taxes last year, me or Trump? Of course, Trump did. He paid millions in payroll taxes for his employees. He a paid thousands or even millions in sales taxes. He probably paid property taxes. Millions in taxes. Is that not enough for libtards? Are you really that STUPID?

TRump legally avoided paying enormous taxes by using the law. The Clintons illegally scammed the system and have been made to pay back taxes and penalties for the past five years. I voted for Trump. You want a criminal for a president, then don't expect me to ever pay taxes again. Because I can scam as good as anyone else. I know how to hide money. I prefer a legal, honest system. Hillary is a scumbag criminal and should have been executed for treason by now. At the very least, she should be incarcerated for the rest of her life.

I have a relative that has a home here in The Villages that retired from the Union, the International and had Free health care insurance. Didn't pay a dime. He bragged about unions being exempt from Obamacare requirements. Last month, or sometime a while ago, he received a letter from the union telling him they would no longer be paying for his health insurance. He is so Pi**ed off about Obamacare now. He said he has to see if he will be able to afford to keep both his mortgage free homes now, because his cost of maintaining both home might be too much now that he has to pay a thousand a month for private insurance. And that is supplements for medicare for both him and his wife.

Obamacare was designed to fail just like the Republicans foretold it in their meeting with Obama that was televised. Everything they predicted has come to pass, and yet the left was so mad at them for not supporting it. What a bunch of left wing fools. They have totally hosed up this country.
