Students at U Michigan are no longer supposed to use the pronouns " She , her , him , his , they .

They are supposed to use the neutral word " Ze ".

As in " ze said " , ze went there , how are ze , ze`s book , ze`s room et al .

This ultra- Liberal PC trend is moving across the campuses of many of our colleges and Universities .

I would not wish to be in college today . Given all of the " Trigger-Language " warnings , Safe Space requirements over simple language , and now such silly ass requirements as the above , I would find it to be a hellacious place to spend 4 years while trying to learn something useful .

Further this is the crowd that will soon be in the work-force good grief .

This is good material for a movie. A comedy.

The push for gender neutral pronouns is not new but has gained notoriety recently. It tracks with trigger warnings, mirco-aggressions and cultural appropriations. What makes this issue dangerous is that those pushing this agenda either believe it is logical and/or are riding on this movement to garner votes, and/or power, money or both

Stop and think about the serious implications of gender neutral pronouns becomes the law of the land. At minimum you would no longer have homosexuality because you have no gender. Insanity has taken over this nation and if left unchecked its going to lead to our total destruction. Note the signs of anarchy with the attacks on police and the riots in the street.

You people are misrepresenting what the U of MI policy is. The administration allows students to pick a pronoun that the professors will use when addressing them. It does sound like it will penalize that Professor we then do not use this pronoun.

I never like saying Ms. Not because I'm a sexist in anyway it's just that whenever I pronounce Ms it sounded more like Mizzzzzz. And that sounded like I was making fun of the word when in fact I just wanted to be on friendlier terms with the woman I was addressing. Ze is easy to pronounce.

That is just " Step 1 " . Soon it will be demanded of all students that they use neutral pronouns . That is how the far Left operates . Get a little and then get a lot more . Their demands never end .

One of the nice aspects of aging. The older you get the less PC they expect from you. I started getting away with being just me, a long time ago. And I filter my language only around women and children. And if women push too much for equal treatment, I let the filter slip around them also. If they want to be treated as men, I will talk to them as men. I ALWAYS treat my ladies like ladies, wife and daughters.

The U of MI makes pronouns optional based on a student's preference. But we find that people seem to travel from the sublime to the ridiculous ergo trigger warnings, micro-aggressions, cultural appropriations and safe spaces. . Its clear that the homosexual community has had a very aggressive agenda since at least 1987. The issue of pronouns is devious. I mean it is a way to get around biology with a slight of hand. if you buy into neutral gender than sex between two people any two people means nothing because gender means nothing. its like Hollywood's push for homosexual sex on TV ,movies because if it continues to be repeated it becomes normal and then socially acceptable. Think in terms of the "F" word Once if a kid use that word in public his/her mouth would have been washed out with soap. today the "F" substitutes for a noun, adjective, verb, etc

Also bear in mind that public schools are doing a major indoctrination job on our kids as to the issue of homosexuality . If I were still a parent with kids in school they would be home schooled . Public schools today are incubators for future socialist
