Interesting idea, but take this author with a biased grain of salt. If true, it would be justification for voter ID, regardless of party involved in the fraud.

Why is it that a third world nation can have better control? SIMPLE and CHEAP solutions.

YOU MUST VOTE ON ELECTION DAY...and vote where you are (no more absentee ballots).

Legal Photo ID is required (but not recorded)

INK on a finger is all the proof we need.

You MUST go to a polling place to get inked (failure to appear is a crime, but you do not have to cast a vote - just like Australia).

I still do not understand why voter ID is such an issue for so many people.

We can only assume they prefer the more loose and less validation for good reason......cheating.

It cannot be for the BS reasoning given that these people do not have the capability or ability to go through the process of getting a voter ID. The notion that they are being singled out for what ever reason is BS!
And that it places a hardship on too many people.

How do these folks get their food stamps?
How do some of these folks get to and participate in protests and riots?

Just to name a few.

State or even better national identification.

Look how well things worked out when W Bush won the election without winning the popular vote.

Republicans haven't won a popular vote since 1988.

But who won the election and how?
Per the existing voting rules and law of the land.....for a good many years.

Mourning a loss for extended periods of time is not good for one's demeanor!

And the irony of this election it was Trump who was against the electoral college system.

How come we don't hear rigged anymore? That was a huge part of Trump's campaign.

Poor poor ignorant liberals. It seems that you fail to take notice that we play withing the >rules< of the game. Simply, you are too ignorant to know that >if< there was no EC - campaigning would be VERY different. I would imagine that if Killary had a clue she might, just maybe have made a stop in Wisconsin....

But, Trump played by the rules. Won and now - we can start the deporting in expediting fashion. As well as (I hope) cutting off all the welfare babies, and on and on and on.

And now look who is against it. A Democrat is trying to introduce a bill to abolish the electoral college.

I will always say the election process is corrupt until, and after they mandate voter ID. There will be less chance of voter fraud with voter ID, but it will still happen. But, a home will still be burglarized and cars will still be stolen with their doors locked. Just less chance than if you expect everyone to abide by an honor system.

Once California is turned over to Mexico, there will never be another liberal elected in America. :loco:

By law, you need to be a citizen to VOTE.
You do not need to be a citizen to get a drivers license.

Re: food stamps and other benefits.
Part of the issue about ILLEGAL ALIENS is that you do not need to be a citizen of even a legal resident to receive many of or benefits including medical care, schooling,etc. Heck ILLEGAL ALIENS can go to SUBSIDIZED STATE COLLEGES and receive SCHOLARSHIPS.

Voting in the US is traditionally a private matter. We are not forced to vote and how we voted is supposed to be your own business.

I did not do well describing my point referring to drivers liscence and food stamps......the claim for not being able to get voter ID is the inconvenience and burden it places on people who may not be able to go through the process......my point....the same folks who have to go through the inconvenient process of applying for DL and food stamps.

Getting a driver's license or food stamps is not a constitutional right, voting is.

After 8 very bad years of a failed experiment (Obama) that we had to endure while the left lowered themselves below pond scum, we deserve to be happy that the right has put a brake on the downward spiral of America. Just goes to show you that there still is a bit of real hope left. Obama just about crushed that idea and Hillary would have put the coup de grace on a ham strung America if she was elected.

It was not MY victory. It was a reprieve for America. Yes, Trump won and yes a part of the process was achieving the most electoral votes. That is the Constitutional process in case Obama's living and flexible manner with the Document has marred your thought process.
