He entered the presidency from a race activist position; he practiced racism and race baiting at every opportunity including many more incidents that any other president would not stick their nose or the presidency in.

He will use these last few weeks to set up that which he will pursue post presidency. And of course it will be race based:

Actually, even though I do not wish to get into the racism argument, I would like to point out the fallacy of your comment.

Yes, "old white folks" will be gone before long and yes the younger generation is changing in their racial views. But, you are mistaken. The white younger generation is becoming more diversified and accepting, whereas the younger blacks are becoming more racist and less tolerant. The older generation of blacks are more tolerant and carry a smaller chip on their shoulders, but the young are dominated by racial bias. It is just running in a circle and Obama did not help the racial tensions in America. He made it worse.

Exactly why Clinton did not carry the black vote.

Mandela left office with his country in far greater peace and far more prosperous then when he won the leadership position. THE BIGGEST FAILURE OF OBAMA. Obama has fanned the ashes of racial conflict into a forest fire and OBAMA will leave behind the biggest addition ever to the national debt. TRUMP will need to deal with not only the OBAMA DEBT but, above the understanding of many, OBAMA without the approval of congress signed a guaranty, to protect the comparative value of the dollar, to the tune of TEN BILLION DOLLARS, with the INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND.
