Where's the outrage against this man? Is it just because he is a native American who wanted to kill some African-American that he ran across in NYC?

It's extremely difficult for the president to keep citizens safe when the governor of a state like New York and the mayor of places like New York City are doing everything they can to make them more dangerous.
