Now he makes sense unlike the 60 missiles attempted to be sent to an airbase while warning Russia and other countries leaders that these were coming so that had time to move the operable planes, get military and staff out of the area, etc. And the US did not target the runways.

The missiles were simply a PR stunt, by a desperate POTUS who is trying to move the spotlight...off of his Putin bromance.

Russia is playing their part in the charade, by acting like they are upset, when in fact they were told ahead of time that minimal damage would be done...and that 'Make Russia Great Again' is still Chump's goal.

I like ColdNoMore some of the time. Cannot stand some of the mean spirited trolls on here though who have next to nothing to say about anything. So, they go on the Ignore List most of the time. I may take them off for a brief time to see if they have changed their malicious ways but so far that has not happened. And they seem to have a long history of being mean to people on here. And not just in the Political Forum.

Why would they need a wheel in the jungles south of the Sahara? Can you get a giraffe, rhino, elephant, zebra to pull some cart using one. Where there is a need there usually is a way.

You make my point for me... They didn't NEED technology because everything they needed was there for them, year round. There was no need to "select for smartness" and they didn't evolve the same as "we" did. We went on to create western civilization, we went to the moon...they didn't have the wheel...or domesticated draft animals...as you so rightfully pointed out. They were/are cavemen.

If it wasn't "real life" for blacks...they could do a TV show about cavemen that were found and thrown into "modern" civilization.

Do I? Many of the now African-Americans in the US can trace their roots to slaves captured by warring tribes and sold to whites. Some of these warring tribes were in the Sub Sahara area. They were thrown into modern civilization such as it was in the Colonies and the Caribbean countries. Owned by white though for the most part.

Name me ONE successful black majority country...NOT...supported by white people/governments.
