80 year old law breaker
keep reading about an 80 year old villager who is banned from all village properties & facilities, he is charged with triple billing a renter and other crimes-I've got a gut feeling there will be a tragic ending in the near future, unless he is Baker acted or some judge incarcerates him

Needs to be committed once and for all. Tired of the smirking face. Shame on family members if they have deliberately avolded dealing with him years ago.

When I read about this guy's antics and OJ being freed I really wonder about the credibility of our legal system.

He also has a restraining order against him for stalking a woman I know. Please someone find some help for this man before Something tragic happens.

It appears he has no fear of going to jail. Maybe he wants 3 squares a day and free health care? Maybe he is just bored???
|
If this guy don't go to jail this time there is no justice in American criminal system. Being DA, mentality I'll, rich, or just stupid is no excuses to get out of breaking the law. But, if you got the cash, clout, and good sleazy defense lawyer anything possible.

It looks like he is just a nuisance that the authorities here in Lady Lake and the Villages will have to put up with. |

Let's hope this guy doesn't have any firearms.

he's not a convicted felon yet,but if he is and firearms and or ammo in his possession he goes to jail, federal offense
|
The guy obviously has mental issues.
Hopefully, a way will soon be found to separate him from the populace before either he or someone else...gets physically hurt. |

Nuisance that we must put up with. It happens. |
I'll bet this poor family has been through hell and back trying to deal with him. I have a great deal of sympathy for them.

With thee proposed cuts to mental illness I doubt very much there will be much help for this man. We really need to put more resources into mental health for the well being of not just those afflicted but for the benefit of the populace in general. I keep hoping the the brain studies will find answers. To many people suffer and it cost a fortune not to find solutions

Publicly funded mental health resources have suffered cuts for decades. Emergency rooms all over the country are flooded with deeply disturbed individuals waiting for treatment facilities, especially those in governmental centers.
On any given day in Las Vegas alone, hospital ERs may hold 30-40 mentally distressed patients. It may take 7-10 days before an available treatment slot is found for them. This compromises their care as well as the care of patients who need true ER care. I'm sure this situation is repeated in hospitals all over the country every day. The homeless represent a disproportionate share of the mentally ill. But this is nothing new. In the late '70's states began deinstitutionalizing the long term mentally ill who were locked away. This was done with the promise of building and funding outpatient mental health care centers...but the promise was never kept. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro |
