that does not mean they are to be used as a dog park or a pet potty. The courses are private property----STAY OFF!!!!

I'm not a golfer but even I know it is wrong to walk a dog on a golf course. That is just bad judgement and I don't mean the dog!

I agree 100 %. Nobody wants to find a Dookie on a tee box, fairway, bunker, or green on any course. How inconsiderate some of these people are.

Be glad that there aren't a lot of Canadian geese on the courses, a few ignorant dog owners leaving dog poop is not even close to the mess from geese. Just because a few people are walking their dogs out there doesn't mean they won't pick up after them. We never walk our dog without bringing the bags and have never left a pile anywhere, most dog owners do care.

^^^ that's good news! I haven't played golf yet in TV so good to hear this. In MI you carry tissue to pick your golf ball up since it most likely is coated in geese poop.

Or a cigar or cigarette butt, which happens more frequently than finding dog poop. I've never found dog poop on a golf course.

The courses are OFF LIMITS unless one is playing golf.

So, dog walkers, joggers, people walking after hours, bicycle riders, and golf cart sightseers.

STAY AWAY! YOU ARE TRESPASSING.

IF you see this you should call the proshop. I think there is still staff working. IF not there call GES and tell them. The folks who think they can do whatever they feel like is amazing to me.

What is GES?

I didn't say he wasn't right...but in my 15 yrs here in TV I might have seen this happen 2 or 3 times.... its not like you have a dog walking in the fairways club and do you realy think posting "STAY OFF!!!!" here will stop it

why is there always someone who thinks that when someone gets away with something it's okay and feels someone who doesn't like it has something wrong with them?

Frankly, EVERY day is a bad day now, but that does not invalidate my point.

I use to be a cigar butt violator.......Never thought about it, but I did notice cigarette butts and that turned the light bulb on for me. Duh. I look back and think..........How Stupid. (I now have a butt clip on my cart)

I agree with Eagle. I bet the owner is a golfer....just a guess.

When I see cigarette or cigar butts on the ground, it reminds me of seeing the absolutely horrible pain that my long time smoking friends have gone through during their last months of life suffering with COPD and/or lung cancer, I really feel sorry for anyone that brings this pain upon themselves or their loved ones by smoking. I would rather see dogs and dog crap on the course than have to stand near someone smoking a cigarette, cigar, or pipe. You can wipe off poop but you can't clean your lungs.
