I've been wondering the same thing! Have had her on my mind constantly and can't wait to hear what she thinks of TV. Wish I was there...it would be fun to watch her face as she experiences all of TV for the first time!
If Jeanne can't get online, maybe someone will hear from her and let us know that she arrived safely. |

Hi Julie - I hope to see Jeanne this weekend as well. I am flying in tomorrow for my 2nd preview visit and hopefully to find my new home in TV. I see that you are from Vineland - know it well! I lived in West Berlin, NJ for a number of years and my Mother-in-law lived in Millville. Hope to meet you!

I can see it now, 15 or 20 golf carts orbiting Duval, cell phones in hand all looking for a U-haul pulling into the area. Local Duval residents getting worried something is going on. Village Watch called and they report to the area in mass. Sheriff making his normal rounds happens to pass the same carts over and over again. Thinks something is going on and calls for backup. U-haul arrives and stops. Hundreds converge on the area. Welcome to TV,

Jeanne, just to make your arrival even more special, I thought I would let you know that I just turned on my gas furnace for the first time this "season" in Syracuse - I came home early today from work and it was only 62 in the house, and about 47 and rainy outside. So in celebration of your arrival, I hope it's sunny and pleasant today in TV!

OK, Jeanne Beannie is 4 hours away, should arrive around nine or so tonight. Nonie is HERE!! :pepper2: Yeah!!!! Hawk, you're not far off. Nonie and I will meet with her as she enters the villages and we'll lead her to her Duval home. Yes, I've asked The Sun to come over to take pictures, I'm sure Jeanne will appreciate that after this most exhausting few days. She'll prob never speak to me again. I'm sure you won't even have a chance to look at TOTV for several days...but here in Indiana hi temp is only in the 50's!!!thats right 50"s...and rainy too. To top that off lost power to the house this morning due to car accident in the area..Dark, cold and rainy with no heat ...nice. Looks like the same all weekend too but we do have power now. Just a note to let you all know that jeanne and son just arrived at her rental in Duval, She is exhausted and overwhelmed but Im sure she will be on line to let you all know shes here as soon as she can. After a good nights sleep Im sure she will be ready to rock and roll! :MOJE_whot:

Jeannie Beannie is alive and kicking and living in Duval. She is sooo happy to be here but very very tired. I dropped by the house today and it was fantastic to meet her and her son. She doesn't have a computer yet but she will very soon, I think her son is heading out to get one for her.
Jeannie is EXACTLY what I expected, a very happy, delightful person and I know we are going to be great friends. Her doggies are great too. Tonight, she and Nonie and Bernie will join us at RJ Gators for some karaoke and dancing and we'll see who holds out the longest.... Its gonna be neat to have them meet and greet some of the new and old friends here in TV. I never heard so much screaming and crying as I did when I walked into the house.. Almost as much as the first time I met Donna and Nonie... WE are all sooooooo lucky!! |

Update on all the newbies and returnees in TV.... We had a crazy night at Gators with Nonie, Bernie, Jeannie and Betty (Opulence) and the rest of the maniacs I pal out with. Jeannie is like my sister, I feel like I've known her forever,. She was totally enthralled with Gators and LSL and kept saying she died and went to Heaven. She really kept up the pace with me on the dance floor and is the most fun loving woman ever.
It was jammed there tonight, not a seat to be had in the place, and we closed it at midnight. Unfortunately, I had finished off the evening with a strong drink, so my head is not going to feel too well tomorrow. What a fun night, so happy my friends are back and new friends like Jeannie and Betty are here. I love you guys. I am sooooo luckkkkyyyy..... Hey, incidentally, you may remember my 2009 New Year Resolution to meet as many people in TV as I can by the end of the year?? Well, when I walked into Gators I think I knew 90% of the peeps in there. I think I'm on track with my goal, don't you.???? Wish you were all here to enjoy this with us. !!!!
