In fact the Supreme Court Banned Quotas way back in 1981 with the Bakke v Regents case.Obama's father - Barack Hussein Obama Sr. - was a Harvard Graduate. Specifically he had a Master's in Economics. (His mother, just to continue to point out the level of his academic support, Stanley Ann Dunham eventually acquired a Ph.D in Archealogy Anthropology from the University of Hawaii.

The reason I bring this up is because this made Barack Hussein Obama II A Legacy - whose admission Harvard Law School was almost virtually guaranteed ( (well, not really only about half of Legacies are admitted, but then we're in Trump World so whatever) never mind the fact that he'd already graduated from Colombia, and that while he was at Harvard he become the first African American Editor of the Law Review and Graduated Magna Cum Laude - both of which are things that being a Legacy or Affirmative Action beneficiary can't do for you.You have to do that stuff for yourself. It's a bit disheartening to think that this man, with this impressive pedigree, Still Isn't Smart Enough, or American Enough for some.
