Addition to Sarasota Plaza (Walmart)
 

More shopping is coming to Sarasota Plaza where Walmart Neighborhood Market is located.

The attached plans show two buildings which look to be divided into smaller store fronts - four in the larger building and three in the smaller.

They will be built in the empty space between the Walmart parking lot and the back side of Colony Professional Plaza.

Probably a mattress store and a hearing aid store.

It'll be a hard sell to get a retail business to rent there. Not visible to 466A. Wish it would be a CVS but the plans don't look like their typical footprint.

I can see it now, a bunch of TV senior citizens tripping out on pot hallucinations, quickly getting hooked on heroin...and turning into cat burglers to feed their new found addiction. :22yikes:

Alliant Dermotology said they will have an office in the new building. They already have one on 441 and another in Lake Sumter.
