rubicon 12-14-2017 05:31 AM

Top people in the FBI compromised themselves for political purposes which is both a dangerous thing and an unforgivable one.

Its dangerous because you have an enforcement agency that has shown has the capacity to destroy its political enemies and it is unforgivable in that those perpetrators ought to be dealt with for their criminality to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Unfortunately we have too many people in tis nation that will look at this issue blink and deflate.

In texts, FBI agents on Russia probe called Trump an 'idiot' - POLITICO

Right. And FBI agents have not shared opinions in the past about Richard Nixon, William Jefferson Clinton, the Bush father and son, Reagan, Carter, Kennedy, Johnson, Hillary Clinton, movies, meals, the mafia, and my 224 613 Project.

This seems like much ado about nothing. Anyone who cares about the US Constitution and the image of the US abroad would think there is something extremely wrong with having a man like Donald John Trump in the Oval Office.

bille...you've come around! Finally...you called Obama another "species"...hooray!

I don't know why...but the "establishment" is allowing the diluting of the west...both America and Europe are being literally overrun and bred out by outsiders.

Do our "overlords" like ruling over the ignorant, stupid, lazy, brown people over the smart, educated, ambitious, whites?

Do they want the entire planet a "colony"?

I don't know...but that IS what they're allowing to happen. An immigration takeover of the majority.

The FBI is perhaps the finest groups of men and women working for the United States. It's a shame Trump is trying to falsely bring them down to protect his lies and money laundering history. Do any of you actually think the meeting at Trump Tower was about adoption? I mean really?

And what abut the caliber and character of the top FBI officials when they gave Clinton her pass after admitting she was careless, irresponsible, reckless with national security.

That is who the issues with the FBI are contained/those politically motivated/incented/inspired....not the folks who are the boots on the ground FBI.

Trump’s agenda is to get you to distrust the press, the FBI, the DOJ, the courts, Congress, foreign allies, previous Presidents, the Pope, our intelligence agencies. He’s tearing the country apart with his hate speech. Look back at how many times Trump attacks, attacks, attacks. But NEVER a bad word about Russia.

Mueller is a longtime Republican who was appointed FBI director by George W. Bush. He was named special counsel by Rod J. Rosenstein, also a Republican, who was appointed by Trump himself to be deputy attorney general. Comey, a Republican who served in Bush’s Justice Department, made political contributions to John McCain, Mitt Romney and other Republicans. Wray, a Republican who also gave to GOP candidates, was appointed by Trump.

Sure makes you wonder how people just don't see what is really going on. Whatever the Russians and Putin have on him must be enormous! My guess is either a sex tape or the fact he is heavily involved in money laundering. Felix Sater will be coming forward in the near future. He will be the star witness in this whole mess.

Of course Trump has been laundering Russian mob money through his properties for years. This thing is going to be a scandal of Teapot Dome dimensions.

Your daily reminder that no one in the Trump campaign had contact with the Russians, except Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, Felix Sater, Michael Cohen, Paul Manafort, Roger Stone, Jeff Sessions, Michael Flynn, Rick Dearborn, Carter Page, J. D. Gordon, Walid Phares, George Papadopoulos, and Richard Burt.

I thought the GOP totally and completely embarrassed themselves at that hearing yesterday.

It was a "shudder" type of testimony and the GOP is simply dismantling before our eyes under the watchful eye of "Democrat" Donald Trump, who has fed the "swamp" more than any before him. He will leave the GOP in tatters.

What does the GOP stand for anymore ???

Private emails (WHY was that exposed?) between two agents expressing their doubts about Trump, prior to the election, is NOT a crime, no matter how desperately Republicans want to make it so.

Republicans are terrified as Mueller gets closer and closer to the treason in the White House. They are thrashing around trying to find any excuse to shut Mueller down, even though it was Republicans who appointed him and Republicans who confirmed him.

The GOP guys just wanted to attack our own FBI, and never mentioned the releasing of "private" correspondence. They just did not care.

Attacking the FBI is not a good move and while reading today how so many are leaving the GOP, NOT to become Democrats, but to simply get the hell out of this cesspool called the GOP.

Each day, this party, one that I used to love and worked for and admired their values, becomes a joke.

Not sure what your post means to anything at all.

I am anti Trump and on an epic scale and I have given my reasons, but I sure do not hope for any kind of TREASON inside the White House.

Not sure why you would make such a claim...while I think it possible for sure based on the players character, nobody is hoping for any such thing.

You keep making this an issue it is not....this is NOT about Clinton....this is NOT about a win or loss in the election of 2016 and it never was.

It IS about a foreign power interfering in our free elections, and if that does not concern you in any way, then you are more anti american than your posts indicate. You guys are really putting party WELL ABOVE your country.

That is so true. Republican Newt Gingrich effusively praised Mueller after his announcement as special counsel, calling him a “superb choice” with an “impeccable” reputation for honesty and integrity. And Mueller is a registered Republican. Yet the closer his investigation gets to Trump, the more the Republicans are crying "foul". How predictable.

The really bigger disappointment; is stupid lazy Obamma knew there was a chance the Russians might be influencing the election, and he did nothing but brown nose Crooked Hillary (no pun Intended).

Truth be know, I did not vote for Trump because the Russians finageled the polls to show Crooked Hillary could not lose (I mean how else would Russia influence the election)... I voted for Trump because I wanted tighter borders, more money(less tax), and less handouts to lazy POS people like the wackadoodle.

Obama kicked the Russians out of our country, seized their mansions, imposed economic sanctions, and would have done more except the Republican Congress would not let him. McConnell threatened he would make it look like Obama was trying to influence the election for Hillary. McConnell's wife now has a cushy job in the Trump administration.

It's Republicans who are welfare queens. Who do you think supports Alabama, Mississippi, Kentucky, even Texas, who take more from the federal teat than they pay in. The Democratic states, like New York, Massachusetts, California all support those lazy Republican welfare sucks. If the upper East Coast and the West Coast got together and seceded from the Union, the rest of the states would go down to perdition. Take a look at how well Kansas is doing after 8 years of Tea Party Republican legislation. Oh wait, you can't, because they refuse to open their books.

So what your saying is; the liberals pass hand out laws, they set criteria for those hand outs, and you are upset because citizens in red states are using the handouts, and you think Republican governors are to blame? How did the Republican get elected if the dems are better for the state? Maybe they were elected because the citizens knew the repub governors would be bound by law (voted in by dems) to give the handouts and you would be mad...makes sense to me!
