Newbies from NY
 

We’re were visiting our old NY neighbors who live in TV and in 4 days we purchased a home in the new Fenney section. Closing on March 14th and couldn’t be happier.

That's the way it happens for a lot of us. We come down to see what all the fuss is about and before you know it we're hooked!

Congrats. We came down for lifestyle preview went home sold our house and moved down. Definitely have no regrets. Fenney looks really nice I am sure you will enjoy it.

We reluctantly came to visit here, just to see old friends.

Now as many can tell you, we are nuts about this place, even after ten years.

Came to check TV out while on a Disney vacation. Went back to Albany NY sold our highly taxed house. Now we have lived here over 5 years. Good luck, you’ll love it here.

What town in Westchester? I was born and raised in Yonkers and my best friend lives in Ardsley.

We came to look because a coworker insisted we do it. Bought the same day and have been loving it for 11 years.

Welcome to Fenney. We closed in November on our home in Fenney. Part timers right now...looking forward to retirement and being down there full-time.

I closed on my Fenney home on 2/27. Only had to come here once for the lifestyle visit to be convinced. I’m from Long Island, NY and selling my home up there now.

Good for you. Congratulations! Sounds like a lot of nice people moving to Fenney. Generally speaking, that's the kind of people TV draws. Hope you find that to be the case and that you enjoy your new home and lifestyle. Nothing like it in my book!

Welcome from a Long Islander visited loved it sold our High Taxed L I home moved here in 2009 and don't look back.

:welcome:We came in 07, 09, bought in 2010 after the crazy buying frenzy. Then bought in 2012 bigger garage, then again in 2014, even bigger garage. Different area each time, moving here is easy.

Long Islander here, too, and my wife and I did the same thing as you: Checked out the Lifestyle Preview Plan (in December), loved the whole experience, and ended up buying a place in Fenney. We closed Jan. 12th and will be renting it for awhile. We're counting the days till we move down for good.:)

No not yet,maybe 12-18 Months

Welcome to Fenney! We purchased in October and set up our home as a rental. Four more years and we will move down permanently! Exciting times for the southern portion of TV!

Closing on our new home in Desoto on 7/2 coming down from Oswego/Fulton NY. Will start as snow birds but we have a feeling that we will soon become full time residents!!
