What is the going fair price for power washing a designer house?

Our guy gets $90 for the house, driveway and curbing, uses Simple Green, no bleach. I always round it up to $100, and consider it a bargain.:eclipsee_gold_cup:

I pay Egner's Power Wash $57 for my 1,300 sq ft home.

It shouldn't be a Power Wash. Power is not the key on the house.

We’ve used ‘No Pressure’. As their name implies, they don’t power or pressure wash and risk damaging the paint. They aso use a ‘citric’ solution that doesn’t damage plants etc. We have them do this once a year. $110 includes designer house, driveway, walkways, curbing, lanai inside and out plus cement BBQ area. Jason dies a great job and earns a tip.

I switched from Egner's to Roberts Home services. I pay $49 every six months for a patio villa and he does an excellent job. He charges slightly less than Egner's. A nice person to do business with.

Egner's did low pressure washing on our house and did a great job.

Called Egners today, and they can't come until December -- obviously a good company and very busy.

Could someone recommend any other good companies?

Who does your house? Sherwin-Williams has specified using only Simple Green to keep the 25-year paint warranty active.

Power washing companies are obviously very busy this time of year with snowbirds returning.

Given all the people that I pay to work on my house like Dean's and the mowing guys and the shrub guys, Egner's is a great deal. They come every 6 months and the place looks great afterwards. The guy really spends almost an hour doing a very thorough job. I think that it is around $80 for a big house but I am so happy with what they do. As opposed to the $79 that Dean's gets every other month, and I still have bugs and dead lawn everywhere!
