What a beautiful girl she is! I used to have a Shepherd many years ago, and she was without a doubt one of the sweetest and loving pets I ever had the pleasure of having.

Beautiful German Shephard! I see she is in a show stance. Do or did you show? I used to show dachshunds in a previous life.

She's retired now.She used to show for confirmation but mainly she was in the Schutzund meets...Thanks

What a beautiful shephard. My wife and I do transports for many rescue groups and have found shephards to be the most wonderful dogs. And who doesn't remember rooting for Rin Tin Tin all those years ago!!

I shouldn't be in here . When I read Shepherd I thought you were referring to someone or something that rounds up sheep .....AND my fear was that we were now going to be overrun with sheep in The Villages like we are with other animals......:evil6:

Sorry for the hijack, but I'm wondering if Brostholder could explain "doing transport for many rescue groups". I applaud anyone who volunteers to work with rescue groups and would like to know more about it. :BigApplause:

It's all true. Now I have a 10 year old red longhaired dachshund and a 6 year old Boston Terrier.
