Is this a problem

my wife is a lap swimmer. and various occasions she has observed a man who continually lets his swim trunks fall to his knees, while walking in the pool--this has been going on for years

Who- to contact-may be a person on the sex offender list

can't believe this is not intentional---what to do

Keep us posted. What pool? Maybe we can bring the rolling pins. We have a little group who handles stuff like this.

Actually, the sheriff could send someone in a plain clothes bathing suit.

It's not a joke. Do you know how hard it is (not a play on words) to walk with your pants around your knees?

aninjamom 09-18-2018 12:33 PM

For starters, she could check the sex offenders registry to see if she recognizes him on it:
FDLE - Sexual Offender and Predator System

Putting in your address on this site, and choosing a mile or two radius can be an eye-opener.

Her swim goggles, you say?

BK001 09-18-2018 12:45 PM

OP, Tell your wife there is safety in numbers. Let us know specifically where and when so that we can join her.
Tell her to wait a couple of weeks until my Aqua-X32 underwater camera arrives. Until then, it's probably NO BIG THING.

Jima64 09-18-2018 02:46 PM

In or out of the water this is a sex crime, indecent exposure. I would report him to the police.

Rapscallion St Croix 09-18-2018 02:54 PM

Probably doesn't want to pee in his swim suit.

OrangeBlossomBaby 09-18-2018 03:02 PM

It's definitely a problem, since you posted this in Restaurant Discussions.

My Post 09-18-2018 03:06 PM

Maybe he is one of the escaped prisoners?

Chatbrat 09-18-2018 03:12 PM

The same mistake as-" which restaurant in" general discussions--get a life--this situation is real

I wouldn't have known there was a situation at all, if I was looking in the news, or general discussions threads. Because this situation isn't mentioned in those threads. I was expecting to see a post asking about a problem with a restaurant.

Chatbrat 09-18-2018 03:35 PM

Sooner than later I'll get a note--thread closed--this thread is for real

If this has gone on for years, I think your wife should report it to law enforcement. UNLESS she thinks it is just a problem of the elastic going out on his drawers. What does your wife think?

 Have you figured out what to do yet?

Hey Captain, want a Marine to come over and defend the Admiral's honor?

No joke..... if this is really happening call 911 and have the police talk to this guy. What don't you understand about that? Nobody has to put up with that.... ever!

Chatbrat 09-18-2018 04:25 PM

My wife was on the line with Sumter Sheriff today, we know how to handle it the next time & you'll read about it , will be on the unmentionable on news site

Please post a salacious exposé on the outcome of your endeavors.

kansasr 09-18-2018 04:46 PM

I want to know what restaurant has a pool???

NotGolfer 09-18-2018 04:58 PM

Bum da bum, bum.....that's to the tune of the Joe Friday back in the day. My question is..."IF" your wife has "observed" this for so long...why did it take her so long to contact the sherrif's office OR even the Rec. people???

I would have been hollering holy h-e-double-toothpick if I'd have been in that pool to someone of authority!! Good grief!!! I'd not have posted on TOTV as it seems to be another "stirring of the pot"...so to speak.

What's the "unmentionable" news site and why is it unmentionable? Enquiring minds want to know!

[Good luck dealing with the pervert. ICK!!!]
