Does anyone know what time the golf cart rally is scheduled for tomorrow.

I won't be there.

Some of us wouldn't be there no matter whether we would choose red or blue shirts. I don't think marching or parading does any good or changes any minds. It just usually aggravates the other side.

One can only hope for a thunder storm like the one you created on TV last week. Shame on you.

So right these bogus parades, do nothing but foment animosity- they don't accomplish a thing-they do however: strengthen the opposition

Actually, they show that people in The Villages support both sides of issues, that not everything is about one political party.

The question was what time does the rally start, not whether you're going, why or why not, and anyone's opinion on whether anything can come of it, good or bad. 6PM Barnes & Noble parking lot.

News flash - Latest fiscal deficit due to the tax cuts for the wealthy is the largest since the Great Recession, according to Forbes. The IMF warns that the path of federal debt is unsustainable. Estimates are the US is facing a deep economic slump and a possible deep recession.

That is why people rally. That and a host of other issues.

Tax cuts???.............not sure I agree. Not sure the largest deficit adder (if that's a word) cut taxes for the wealthy.

Our country is in deep trouble......the deficit, the trade wars...economically we got problems.

Haven't you notice prices going up.....and as the new trade environment settles in that will only get worse.

If Florida goes the way of the states that we left to come here, I for one will turn everything into cash & stop paying all taxes-- we have enough assets to live for another lifetime- but we won't live that long-

Just curious,.. Why do you find it necessary to continuously post about how financially well off you are? Is it to impress us or to impress yourself? Because if you're trying to impress us I'm pretty sure you're not.

That is one thing that has puzzled me since I've been coming to this forum. With as many people that live in TV that have come from NY and NJ, and the east coast in general, I would have expected the ratio of Liberals to Conservatives to be a little higher. From what I've garnered over the couple years that I've been on this forum I would have to place my unscientific guess at about 80/20.
