#1 in Home Sales for TV
Does anyone know who is the #1 top selling sales person is for The Villages? Is that information available for consideration when choosing a sales person? I was told that it is Jason Kranz. Does anyone know if that's true?
|
Jason is the salesperson who sold us our house. He was very helpful and I would recommend him if you are looking to buy in The Villages. No pressure at all, gave us good info.
|
You will find very few who are unhappy with their rep
|
Brian Dees has a street named after him because of his sales record.

I'm sure stats are kept with regard to sales. Anyone have information about who is in the top 10? Any info on working with Jason Kranz? is he the top producer?
|
Does being the "top producer" or being among the "top 10" make a Rep honest or just 'smarter' than other Reps?
|
Tony Trussler also has a street named for him. He is a GREAT guy and a professional real estate salesperson. Having said that, all the reps are trained to be low key/pressure, and all have the same inventory for sale. I have a couple that I would never recommend, based on claims I have heard them make at open houses (guaranteeing that the home would increase at least 10% in value in a year and trying to convince a potential buyer that the bond should not be considered as a part of the price). Most are probably at least competent and can help you find the home you want. If you are looking to buy pre-owned you also need to use the services of an MLS agent as they have a completely different inventory, as well as checking fsbos.

I’m interested in the top sales agent to list my house for sale. There’s a reason they’re at the top including being honest, working hard, marketing etc.
|
The so-called 'top agent' may be so busy that he or she will not be able to give you good, personalized attention to get you the best overall sales experience. Trust me, I'm a former broker/manager in real estate. Go to several open houses of only resales and observe how each agent responds not only to you but others who are at the open. Have a couple of questions that you pose to each of them about the house, how long they've been in the business, what neighborhoods they have worked, etc. It's a job interview, not.an opportunity to brag and tell you how wonderful they are. Once you tip them off to your wanting to sell, evaluate how they approach you -- just don't let on at the outset that you want to sell. Keep it open-ended and watch how they handle themselves.

I HIGHLY recommend Daisy Holley!!

My agent was jack alcoholreno, his field agents are lined up at fire city for training ever night.:ohdear:

OP, my experence is there are Agents that are “best” at listing and those “Best” at selling. In addition, you have Agents that concentrate on new homes and some, with resales. You might have a relatively new Agent that is “Hungry” and another who has sold enough for this year. Your “Best Agent” could be a Village Agent or MLS Agent. Clear as mud... but hopefully you see my point. If you want to sell your home in a relatively short period of time, what is really most important is the overall condition and appearance of your home (clean and little clutter) and listed with a trusted Agent at or just below “Market Price” so you can move on to your next challenge with as little stress and hassle as possible. Life is too short for either. Happy trails to you...

One more sale for the realtor. In my opinion, if your house sells in less than a month, you set the price too low. |

We love our rep, Jim McLaughlin, he sold us both homes we have owned here. No pressure, honest and kind. Great guy. |

YOU should prowl through the listings on both The Villages site and MLS sites, look at similar homes with similar views and garages on Zillow and Realtor.com. |

I have purchased three houses in six years in TV. I still own two. There is a price point for every house. If you go well beyond that and do not have a lot of extras to offer you will wait quite a while. Depends on how quickly you want to sell. I do not agree that if your house sells in less than a month then you set the price too low. |
While have a qualified listing agent is important, the things that will sell your house are price, condition and location. If it looks great and is priced fairly Mickey Mouse could sell it in The Villages.

Jason Kranz is the number one Salesperson in The
Villages. If you are looking for someone to LIST your home there is no one more qualified to sell your home. His personality and quality service along with his expertise knowledge will make you very happy. If you don't believe me, ask him for referrals. He has many many happy clients. He goes out of his way for them. He Lists, Sells, and has a great knowledge of the market. We wouldn't use anyone else! We think he is the greatest. Here is his card and I have a picture of some of the awards he's received. Jason Kranz( 352-446-6001) is who you want to LIST with! |
When people are queuing up to buy, it's not hard to sell.
How hard you want to work is how far up the ratings you will get. |
