Has anyone used this company for purchasing dog items? Were you satisfied with it?

Yes and yes!

We have used Chewy's for the past several years and are very happy with them. Decent prices and very quick delivery.

Chewy.com was started in Dania Beach, Florida and in the spring 2017 was purchased by Phoenix based Petsmart, which has 1500 stores.

Use Chewy all the time.

When our Bogey died in 2016 they send us flowers, refunded us in full for recent purchases, and had us donate those items (mostly canned food) to the local humane society.

Interesting that we just got a greeting card from them signed by the co-founders. From what I understand even though Petsmart bought them they are still operating independently.

They have a distribution warehouse in Ocala.

Yes we like them. Our favorite purchase is a wooden food puzzle that Olivia loves.

We use Chewy’s for most of our pet needs. Their distribution center is located in Ocala right next to the FedEx hub. Although Chewy’s advertises two day delivery, I have ordered as late as 6:00 pm and had delivery the next day by 3:00. Chewy’s is very easy to order and use. BIG thumbs up here!

Obviously, everyone likes Chewy.com. But, I buy almost everything from Amazon.com with free 2 day shipping and great service and return policies. Question - Why would I use Chewy.com, when I can buy almost everything they sell from multiple sellers on Amazon.com and get free 2 day shipping with no order limit? Is there something that Chewy does that Amazon doesn't do?

Chewy provides Autoship so I get dog kibble every six weeks.
It's $2.00 less than Amazon for autoship customers, not a big deal.
I just like dealing with Chewy, I think they have a great company.
Chewy also offers the dog chews that my Vet recommends for their teeth.

By the way, I buy everything on Amazon from smile.amazon.com.
That website allows me to make a donation to a charity of my choice.
I choose Max's Pet Connection as my charity because I adopted my Baxter from Max.
Maxine is on the sidewalk outside Petsmart every Saturday morning with many volunteers.
I understand she now alternates between Buffalo Ridge and 441.

That explains how my order got here so fast. Glad you posted that. I was wondering how they pulled it off.
