Could this have been prince charming?

So last night when we got home from dinner I went into the bathroom and to my horror there was a frog in my sink staring back at me!!! After a few minutes of shreeking, screaming, and generally freaking out, Hubs came in and caught him trying to sneak into the upper drain hole in the sink! He captured him and took him outside thank goodness.

My question is, this frog was flesh color not green, and Bernie thinks its impossible that he came in thru the drain because he would have had to go thru the sewerage treatment plant. And,if this guy came thru the drain, What else can come thru? :22yikes:

Did I miss my big chance?(mabe I should have kissed him).:yuck:

Nonie, that is one of the cutest posts you've ever done. LOLOLOL....
What would Bernie have thought if you did kiss him?? Oops, guess Bernie is used to you, he probably wouldn't have flinched.

:clap2:

Nonie,

You should have caught him and sent him to Kathie, she is always looking for Prince Charming! If after kissing him he didn't turn into a Prince she could always have frog legs for dinner.:icon_hungry:

graciegirl 04-09-2010 09:44 AM

No. No. No. No.

I don't wanna hear stuff like that. Frogs are for the outside, the zoo, fairy tales and pictures in books.........not for interior hopping around.

Eek and .................some really bad words. I don't like to hear they get inside.

I am so glad you didn't try to kiss him......or her.

They come in through the vent on the roof that is connected to the plumbing....gn

Mystery solved! Thanks GN. Makes perfect sense. Next time will send him back out the way he came in!!!;)

Nonie, you are a nutbar.

I thought this thread was going to be about the pig frogs that live in the lagoon in back of your house.

Kissing a frog? :loco: I think that Margarita you had at dinner gave you some strange ideas. :22yikes:

Wrong Halle, I'd rather have the frog legs than a Prince Charming. As a matter of fact, I HATE frogs legs barf, so you can imagine how excited I am about a Prince Charming!!!! barfbarf

Nonie I feel for you. I had the same thing happen to me here in Arkansas. Went to get into the shower saw a green blob, put on my glasses and it was a bright green frog, the ones that use to hang on the eaves of the house. Of course like you I screamed my head off till my prince charming came and rescued me. I kept wondering how he got in and figured it was through the bathroom vent since they hung around the eaves and gutters. Hopefully this is the only frog in your house.

We put metal screens over the vents on the roof when we lived in Atlanta as we had all manor of beasties coming in that way. :yuck: Squirrels and rats even. The rat was 14" long and got stuck in the trap. ugg!!: :22yikes:

Pturner 04-09-2010 07:17 PM

Maybe Kathie thinks if you kiss Prince Charming he'll turn into a frog. :girlneener:

Nonie, cute story.

Ladies, if you want to see some cute stuff go to (I am not kidding)
kissthatfrog . com.

I am not associated with them in any way, I just think their stuff is pretty.
The story reminded me of their catalog.

JeanneBeannie 04-10-2010 06:56 AM

Nonie you are just too dang funny lol lol!! I laughed so hard lol :1rotfl:.

I wish I had been a fly on the wall to see your face when you saw your frog lol!! Last night I had visions, while trying to fall asleep of little frogs bouncing all over the house having a party lol. :faint:

Thanks...your story made my day!! :mademyday:

Jeanne
