Need recommendation for someone who does power washing for houses and driveways

We're looking for someone who will power wash the exterior of our house, lanai, driveway and walkway. The person who we hired previously has retired from the business. Thank you.

Egnar's powerwash

I also use Egners very good company.

I second Egner's. We've used them since 2012 for power washing the house and scrubbing the driveway and patio. They do a great job at a reasonable price.

We also use Egners

We've used Egner's since moving here 10 yrs ago. They will do driveways, patios etc. besides your siding.

I used Egner's for several years until there was a concern. Called to complain and the owner gave me a hard time so I fired him.

I now use Roberts Home Services re Thordis Williams. 352.321.7033

A very agreeable type person who does a great job. His business has grown to the point of him having to hire someone to book his appointments. Slightly cheaper than Egner's!!

IMHO - Egner's is good until there is a problem.

Villages House Washing

I use Mike Arnett who owns and operates Villages House Washing. He does a great job, reasonable, dependable, and is always pleasant.

We’ve used No Pressure Power Wash since we bought in 2005 and have never had a problem with them. They just raised their price slightly last year for the first time since 2005, but it is still very reasonable. We set them up to automatically come every 6 months.

Top of the line people. Reasonable prices. They don’t use independent contractors and they have workman’s compensation most.

Another for Egner's here.

Quality work, reasonable prices, will call a few days ahead to remind/reschedule...and are on time.

We use Roberts Home Service. 352-321-7033. He was very professional, thorough and reasonable. He also offers a substantial discount on subsequent cleaning jobs.

I get my house washed once a year.

Another vote for No Pressure...we’ve been using them for years for our driveway, sidewalk, lanai and exterior of the house. Excellent job.

I don't understand why you are hiring someone to wash a one story home. You can get a power washer from Home Depot or Lowes, hook it up to your garden hose and have fun on a hot day. This is not a tough thing for anyone to do and kinda fun too. Do I not know something?

No, you don't ever need to do it. My house is 4 years old, and I have never done it. But, I think I will do it soon.

Whoever you get to wash, make absolutely sure they do not use ANY bleach in the cleaning solution, unless your home is stucco. Bleach will cause vinyl siding to become chalky and, over time, get brittle.

Some folks are not physically able to do this kind of work. I guess you do not know something...….
