Discusting person at Spanish Springs Town Square last night.
 
We were sitting under one of the palm trees across from Katey Belles, we smelled something awful.
A degenerate person chose to use the palm tree as a toilet...not a urninal, a toilet. Angry and grossed out is putting it mildly.
We could have called the police and had him arrested, but reality, unless someone was holding him, he would have been gone by the time they got there.

There are police officers assigned to that square on a nightly basis. It would have been a minute or two. Next time call the police.

Sad. There is a public restroom close by to this unless they have closed it? It is on the south side of the building with the Rialto Theater in it. I assume that the restrooms in the Rialto are no longer accessible?

Next time take a photograph with your cell phone's camera and post it on social media, but please not on a Villages site. I have seen some pics from San Fran. One miscreant was photographed doing no. 2 in the toilet paper aisle of a grocery store. He or she (I couldn't tell which sex) had broken open a package of TP to access a roll rather than bother to go to the back of the store and use its public restroom.

So sad. The person has his own story, which is most likely very sad. He also probaby has mental illness. Rather than jail, he needs help and understandingg rather than hate and disgust.

Actually, disgust is a pretty good starting point. After that he needs to be arrested and the judge needs to order a full psychiatric examination. Then you can start talking about "understanding".

i'm tending to agree with you. something so out of norm here is sure to stand out 10-fold. i find it suspect that only 1 person witnessed the event, esp @ katie belle's, which is a year round popular attraction.

It happened, I was there. Workers were called, hazard cones set up and the excrement was removed. The levels to which people will stoop, never cease to amaze me

We were at colony rec center one evening and noticed someone didn't make the men's room. There was feces all over the floor in the hall outside the men's room, smell awful. Staff was waiting for someone to come to clean it up. I assume the person was old and had a medical problem, diarrhea. Don't know the details, but things like this can happen.

Yes, things like that do happen. Wouldn't it be comforting, though, to grow older and be MORE UNDERSTANDING of the human condition? By golly, some responders here sound like they've just come back from their Anger Management class.

You should have yelled out “What the heck are you doing”! Yell out to call the police. We have to stop this behavior now.
