Does anyone have this service? I see a lot of positive reviews for Kart Aide, but wanted to compare with this company. Any feedback or specific experience would be appreciated.

If you have AAA membership in Fl, it covers your golf car as well. We do, so we canceled Cart Aide.

I have used both over the years. They both get high ratings from me.

We have had 24 Hour Cart Club since 11/2007. We needed them for the first time in January 2020. We were playing golf at Pelican we always walk when we play, when we returned to our cart it had a flat tire caused by a nail clipper of all things. It was a Sunday afternoon they arrived within 15 minutes, plugged the hole put air in the tire and we were on our way.
Great service highly recommend.

We have used 24 Hour Cart Club for 5 years. Only had to call them once. The cart died at Hawkes Bay on a Saturday morning. They were there within 20 minutes. Loaded the cart in the parking lot at Hawkes Bay. No easy feat getting a truck and trailer to the parking lot. Delivered us and the cart to our house. Very happy with the service. I believe they will give a small discount if you signup for 24 months.

I've had Kart Aide since 2011, haven't had to use them but I know many that have and they had good service. They call themselves "World's Largest Cart Rescue Company" Use to be just two companies when I came here, Kart Aide and AGA, and AGA limited you to 3 tows a years, so I chose Kart Aide. When you think of it, I haven't need any tows in 9 years, but it's still a nice peace of mind. You can pay with credit car or Paypal, two years $60.

I did know someone who broke down and called AAA, they said the nearest tow truck is in Eustis and they estimate 2 hours to arrive. That's all I needed to hear, even though I have AAA, I'll pay the $60 every two years to Kart Aide, it was $50 about my first five years.

Thanks John. Agree about the AAA aspect. Who wants to wait hrs for service on the side of the road.

Kart Aide works well. I've used them twice in the past five years and they are prompt and professional. Well worth the price if you need them, peace of mind if you don't.

We are Crown Carts, a golf cart company, and we recommend 24HR Cart Club because they will bring the cart to our service center if you prefer, not only to your house like the other guy.

Had Kart Aide the first 5 years we moved here never had to use them ...unfortunately the 1st time we did it was for running out of gas. Actually charged use $3.00 for it! So disappointed.

Kart Aide all the way. I can't imagine AAA having a towing service that could possibly know the villages as well as Kart Aide

I have 24 hour golf cart service. They are great had to use them twice in a week they were there quick and got my dad and I home with my cart in no time. I signed my dad to with them when he bought his new cart too.

I had Kart Aide and I dropped them. Now I have 24 Hour Cart Club. I was told that AAA does not cover golf carts.

For $35.00/year/cart I believe this is a bargain. Have had 24 Hour for seven years and have always been treated very well. Prompt courteous service anywhere in The Villages.

I’ve used them 3 times over the years. Outstanding service. Two weeks ago my cart quit completely on the way to Cane Garden for golf. They were there in 15 minutes. Before loading my cart on the truck he checked under the seat and found a broken battery cable. He took out his tools and fixed it on the spot. I would highly recommend them.

Cart Aide will bring the cart to your house or a service location.
Whatever you prefer.

Yes....I’ve had the 24 hr Cart Service for years and have fortunately never had to call him for myself. Best Insurance I’ve ever paid for for peace of mind. I did call him for a friend when we were at Mallory country club for dinner and he was there within the hour To get him and pick up the cart and my friend and take him home. Friend signed up without reservations. Very reponsive company

Have had Kart Aide for the many years we have lived here. Used them about 3 times and they are quick and are great and not at all costly.:ho:

Used Kart Aid once, and they were great. When I bought my new golf cart, a 6month membership for the other service came with the cart. I used them once, and they were so backed up, it took 2 days to get to me.
I'll stick with whomever gives the BEST service.

I have lived here for 5.5 years and used Cart Aide twice. Excellent service. Arrived within 20 minutes both times. Highly recommend them. I simply have no experience with 24hourclub.

Great service answer the phone when called , serviced my flat tire with in 30 minutes . We have triple A but wait time is a problem so only use them for auto problems.

From what I understand, AAA cannot go on the multi-modal paths. Best to check with them first to be sure. We have American Golf Cart Association for $59.99 per year. They are terrific!!!

We have used 24 Hour Cart Club for about 3 years, have needed them 2 x and he is fantastic! Quick, knowledgeable and super nice!

We have 24 Hr Cart Club. They give wonderful service. Our battery died and they put a 12V charger on it and left it with us for 2 days. The battery is charged and cart is fine.

Have had 24 hr Cart Club for many yrs. Used 3 times and responded within a few minutes and fixed flat and brought gas. Can do everything on-line and they take Pay Pal and other auto payments. They are fantastic!

We have them and think the world of them. We have used them 3 times, (once when we ran out of gas due to a faulty gage They brought a can of gas in 20 minutes and got us on our way), once when our throttle cable broke on a cart path ( loaded our cart on their trailer in 30 minutes and took us home) and once when my wife had a flat tire due to a blade from a boxcutter used by construction people. Came in 30 minutes to Belle Glade CC, mounted one of his spare tires on our cart and got my wife on her way home). All this for $35 a year.
