Is Nova Whole House Filter company still around? Yes
 
Just wondering if the Nova Whole House Filter company is still around, or are they closed due to Covid-19. I left a phone message yesterday, but no one responded. The number came directly from their contact page, i.e. (352) 566-2649

They responded this morning.

I heard that they were good, but have no personal experience with them. I wonder why they did not return your call.

Hi we are very much here, I don't see any calls not responded to.

There are two calls from yesterday that didn't answer where a message was left.

With Covid 19 we did stop for a few weeks during March/April but we now as a precaution do maintain complete social distance in that when we do installs in the garage we require the home owner to remain in the home.

Our techs are being tested on regular basis.

Consultations are now only on the phone in conjunction with our website for info.

I got an immediate reply from Bob at Nova, after sending a PM this morning. (We don't know what happened re: phone calls.)

Bottom line...
Bob, and I, discussed my issue. I now have a plan to remedy my problem.

Yes, they are still around. I called them Monday to have a new filter installed. Brent just installed it today. Great service, and seems like a great product from a great local small business.
