I agree. Fine example of a terrific guy who knows the value of customer service.

What gets me he is totally reliable, honest, and very, very reasonable. :)

Thanks

I had him come for my door it had a burned out part. He adjust the chain and replaced the part, then checked the whole system and I paid 65.00. Great guy

We had the same experience with the exact same problem on a Sunday afternoon. Called Ryan, and the less than an hour it was fixed.

Bleudeturquoise 09-10-2020 05:43 AM

Super! Called Ryan couldn't get garage door open -I told him was not an emergency on weekend
He said " I can be there in two hours" came and replaced the springs.'

Miss B GA 09-10-2020 06:13 AM

Agree 100%! Ryan responded in less than an hour. Problem fixed in 10 minutes. I will only call him for my garage door needs.

Lyn Wagner 09-10-2020 06:55 AM

Thanks,

You won't many, or any, service providers in the The Villages better than Ryan O'Cull. 352 617-0522

charlieboy 09-10-2020 10:52 AM

Used Ryan yesterday. Broken spring on garage door. Called and he arrived in 45 minutes. Fixed door in about 30 minutes. Replaced both springs $245.

normandy 09-10-2020 12:42 PM

Ryan charges $85.00 just to come to your house, he hates the village people and all the houses they live in, so i hate ryans foul mouth and so much dislike for the rich people in the villages and that is the way he talks about the villages people.

I for one dispute your opinion of Ryan. I have used Ryan twice and have recommended Ryan to neighbors and friends.

All of whom have passed on 100 % how much they admire his work ethic, and honesty.

His parents must be proud of him. :icon_wink:

I am not saying Ryan is not a great garage door guy, but when we had a problem I called him twice a day for three days with no return call. I finally decided to call another guy who came right over and did a great job of fixing our door opener. About a week later Ryan finally returned my call, way too late. Perhaps he was on Vacation the week I needed him, but if that was the case he should have changed his voice mail letting people know he would be unavailable.

That's not my experience at all. I've never heard a foul thing from him. he's always very respectful to me. and to change the belt on my unit and check everything out it was a total of $60.

Sorry, his business card is in a file at our Villages home and we are still up north so I can’t post his name. I will try to remember to post it when we get to the Villages. He is a Villages resident who has been fixing garage doors for the better part of his life who lives in the Historic Section and I got his number from the classifieds in the Daily Sun.

otgpaul 10-05-2020 05:52 PM

This guy is good!

My springs had not failed but the door seemed excessively heavy. Called Ryan who said he was in the area and offered to stop by. In less than 5 minutes, he was here. He inspected the springs and said they just needed a little adjustment. He offered to adjust them at no charge to me. I highly recommend Ryan. This is posted 10/05/20. Ryan's number is 352.617.0522

Maybe its YOU!!!!!

Chestnutz 10-14-2020 11:52 AM

Another shout out for Ryan.
Last week we called in another company because our garage door was not working quite right. They recommended parts and labor that totalled $999. Upon 'calling his manager' , they had a special, and reduced the price to $749 for a 10 year warrenty, and less for shorter warranty. This wasn't passing our smell test, so we called Ryan today.

Ryan came over within 15 minutes, looked everything over, and only needed a quick adjustment on the chain. He was a pleasure to talk to. He only charged $20.

After looking at your previous posts.....this sour grapes rambling is not out of character.
This is a disservice to Ryan.........
