Still Confused
To All of the TOTV Members:
When changing sales rep's, can one request a specific person? If the answer is "yes", what is the sales rep you used and were you happy with them? Is the best option to call the sales manager and make a change of sales rep? I know sales reps have been suggested before but I can't seemed to find the thread that contains this information. |
We very much like Jim McLaughlin. He is now helping us find our second house in TV. He is older, nice, not pushy and knowlegeable....and very patient.
PLEASE don't say that I said he was older. |

I had no need to change sales reps, but I think speaking with the sales mgr. would be your best bet. I don't see what it would hurt to ask for a specific sales person. The only one with whom I had experience was Nanette Tolleson. We were very pleased with her. Best of luck. If you are considering a resale, don't forget to use an MLS Realtor and ask for an exclusive Buyer's Agent agreement. We were very happy with Linda Sears, Morris Realty. |
I have been dealing with Greg Hudak --he is great --
I dont think they mind when you change Reps---just tell them there is a personality conflict I think the way they work is the first rep still gets a part of the comission Good Luck Tell him Rich/Liz sent you :) |
Justin Wilson is just great!

I used Lori Simon and she is great! Send me a PM if you would like her number.

Interesting this question came up as I just changed my sales rep a few days ago. Was not happy with mine, contacted Nanette Tolleson (whom I met last year at one of the open houses) and she immediately handled the switch, there was nothing for me to do. Am I happy?? I am thrilled, she spent the entire day with me on Saturday and Sunday, and I bought myself a new house, construction to start immediately - I am all done! Nanette took a lot of time showing me all the different options, without pressuring me or short changing me on time. I can't say enough about her and note the difference between her and my first sales person. HOpe this helps.....you should feel comfortable that your sales person is not rushing you and taking the time to explain all the various options available to you, so good for you for considering changing your sales person if you have the gut feeling the person is not right for you.

Another vote here for Nanette Tolleson!
She went so above what ANY Agent has ever done. Made things happen I didn't think could. If you go with Nanette, you will not be sorry! Army Guy |

The first sales rep we got just walking in was not at all to our likeing. After two days with her, we asked for a manager and was given a replacement named Tammy Griswold. Tammy was very efficient and professional. I would recommend her without any reservation.

Another vote for Debra Park.

We had 3 rep's before we bought.
Justin Wilson was the last and the best. |

We have been working with Kathie Actis for the past few years. Over that time, she has shown us a very wide variety of possibilities, both new construction and pre-owned, and has been very patient with our changing ideas. She's been in TV for quite a while, has lived in at least 2 different homes in TV herself, and has a great feel for the community.

Sales Rep
We were out there twice and the second time we bought. Our sales rep was Margie Brusko and she was a pleasure to work with.

Jeannie Ulmer. She's the best!!

Justin Wilson...absolutely loved him and have recommended him to everyone I meet or know who are coming to TV.
Did I say I absolutely loved him....just can't praise him enough! |
Sales Agent
Carol Kramer is a great person to work with! She listens to what you are wanting and is very patient when you need to look at several houses. I would use her again, but I think this is the last house I'll need to buy!

It sounds like TV has a lot more great agents than poor ones. :clap2:

Thank You
ALL TOTV MEMBERS:
So many selections but I picked one and changed sales reps in a short phone call. I won't mention the name as I don't want to disappoint anyone if I didn't take their suggestion. I was able to book my second LSV and plan on being at the Crisper's luncheon on September 17th to meet the wonderful members of this forum. Hope to see you there. :) 2B |
