Anyone know if the local Kohl's dept store offers free Amazon return shipping assistance?

Yes, some things that you order from Amazon may be returned at Kohl`s, but it is not automatic. You first need to go to the Amazon website and schedule the return online and the site will tell you how and where you can return the item. Kohl's may be one of the options.

Thanx - been to the site and want to use Kohls IF the service is available at the local one. Have you used it there?

Yes, I have returned an item purchased on Amazon to Kohl's. I don't recall exactly how it was done but I do know I needed a slip that my husband generated from the Amazon website to make the return.

I've used it several times after going on Amazon and printing authorization. There is a sign in Kohls directing you to where Amazon returns are accepted. They will pack and return it for you. As a bonus both times I used the service I got a 25% off coupon good for purchases made that day in Kohls.

At the Kohl’s on 27/441 across from Sams Club the Amazon drop off is at Customer Service in the back of the store. There are reserved parking spots out front for returns only.

We were there a couple of weeks ago and the Amazon return desk moved to the front. Enter through the only front door used, turn left. It was down a ways on the left. I would look there first or call ahead.

Amazon Locker is an option for drop off.

CVS accepts pre labeled UPS packages.

When I stopped in at Kohls to ask about packing and shipping I was told some returns qualify for the free packing and some don't. She was not sure what the criteria are. My last couple of returns did not show Kohls as a return drop-off so it may have been the items that didn't qualify. At that time the Amazon kiosk was at the store front.

If your Amazon return offers a Kohl’s return. No box required. Kohl’s moved the Amazon returns desk to the front of the store. No longer in the back with customer service.

Here’s a tip from someone that worked Amazon Returns at Kohl’s: Check your return label to make sure it actually goes to Kohl’s. They don’t take everything. UPS & USPS also does returns. Amazon controls who gets it. Nothing worse than waiting in line only to find out the item has to go somewhere else.

In order for Kohl’s to show up as a return location I have to be in parking lot in order for it to show up. Amazon app only has a range of 6 miles.

Yes, we have used it twice and very pleased. You also get coupons from Kohl’s good for your visit. Just get the Amazon approval code and take it to the Kohls Amazon return counter.

As long as you have a Return Authorization form, from Amazon, attached to the package you are returning, there are numerous Drop-Boxes around The Villages-- as long as the package that you are returning is not too large. There is a Drop Box in each Town Square. The one in Brownwood is by the Palace Hotel (right off the Square). Also, there is a Drop Box in Laurel Manor. Also CVS (on the corner of 301 and CR44)will accept any size package. There is a UPS store in Pinellas Plaza, by the Winn-Dixie, that will accept any size package.

Yes. The local Kohl’s has a very convenient and separate service desk set up to handle ALL Amazon returns. They have hanging signs to direct you to this desk as well. Extremely convenient and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

I find it amusing that some posters have mentioned that you get Kohl's coupons. I shopped there one time, and I have received enough coupons to sink a battleship.

I returned several items that way, only suggestion is make sure you get a receipt from them on what you are returning. Thank goodness I did, because one of the items Amazon never received, but I had my receipt and got my credit from them.

Used them multiple times. Flawless! Purchased at item from a third part vendor and Amazon sent me a pre-paid UPS label! Easy peasy.

Thanx everyone! Went today and it had to be the easiest and most convenient transaction of 2020!!!!! I had my printed return label [directed to Amazon] and the associate took it and the damaged merch - put it into a bag - and printed my receipt with the 25% off coupon which is good for one week!

The Amazon return desk is located at the front of the store opposite the jewelry counter.
