Looks like they’re doing some work over there today. I’ve heard Fords Garage, The Porch and Cody’s going back in. Anyone know for sure?

Noticed this activity this morning.

Why didn't you ask them what's going in there?

There were two guys there busy moving Sheetrock. I go by there often and will try to get info in the future.

It will be nice to have something there when we return. Use to get cake at Cody’s on our way home at night. Also ate there but felt it was dirty towards the end, looking for something good.

Cody’s could have been a real good restaurant but we had so many problems there and not only at the Mulberry one. Too bad as it was a great location and a cool looking building. Hoping a quality place moves in.

It won't be a Portillos because I asked for one on their web site.

I also heard it was Ford's Garage, which is a great place for watching sports, and eating great burgers, Mac and cheese, but I'm not sure they would open in TV.

I've heard Ford's Garage as well. Cody's will not be going back in.

Must been pretty bad when in new building few months and dirty.

Sitting at the bar watching them pull a wash cloth out of a dirty bucket of water to wash the bar or just looking around the bar area. I prefer sitting at tables but our friends like to sit at the bar.

Something going on, dumpster full of indoor materials out front?

Not sure what happened to the picture I posted above but here it is again.

I actually did some research and found a building permit for The Villages Development to remove molding plywood and replace it with Sheetrock. Sounds like no one is getting ready to go in yet.

Good job on the research. I’ve tried that too but haven’t been able to come up with anything. I did ask some workers there a few days ago and the guy said he didn’t know what was going in there.

Maybe it will be another Mattress Store? We only have 12 of them in The Villages.
