Started watching earlier and in about two minutes started yawning.

I looked at the video.

At 6:41, it shows the tennis and PICKLEBALL COURTS very near the villas built just on the other side of the wall.

Everyone knows that no human wants to live near those dreaded courts.

What were the designers thinking?

They were probably the same bunch who put the courts very near the houses at Water Lily.

You do know they are near houses almost everywhere in TV?

You do know that as great as Don's updates are, he doesn't have access into the buildings or information on the plans other that what is available in the public domain. The only folks that have the facts is the Developer. I think the developers videos and Don's videos compliment each other......and I think The Villages is supposed to be a Happy Smiley Clappy place. :)

Not in Osceola Hills where we live. Not at Truman or Big Cypress or Aviary either.

True but why buy houses near them when you can have peace and quiet?

There are houses backing up to the Big Cypress Pickle Ball Courts, they just don’t happen to be in the Villages.

It doesn’t surprise me they aren’t in Osceola Hills. The Bridgeport rec center is one of the few that has no pickle ball courts.

The Burnsed Rec Center is in Osceola Hills and the pickleball courts are a long ways from the houses.

Maybe the person who designed our rec center has retired and the new designer doesn't understand how irritating that pickle noise can be.

Those houses will sell, just like all the rest of the houses.

Sawgrass Grove is a game-changer

Please, please, please Villages leasing department - please get a healthy chopped salad/grain bowl kind of lunch take-away place in the Sawgrass Market. I do like a good burger, but we desperately need clean food/healthy options added.

So, those are aliens living in those homes near Waterlily? Good to know.

Companies that want to come to TV come to TV. If you have a particular place in mind, try contacting them and ask them to have a look at placing a restaurant here. It just might work.

Either aliens or a strange race of humans who love watching pickleball up-close from their lanai.

I think the strange ones are those that find fault in the decisions of others. As if the others are somehow flawed.

I don't think it is strange to point out the mistakes that I think others have made.

Maybe my comments will help a newcomer to avoid making the same mistakes.

I talked with The Haufbrau House and they told me they had to protect their Tampa franchise and TV was to close. I doubt many people from here drive to Tampa to enjoy a German meal but you never know.

Maybe others didn't make a mistake.....I think.

Great video, very professional and informative. Nice to have since Don Wiley doesn't post much anymore.

Keeping very busy these days so something has to give. Posting too often tends to show the same stuff over and over again and progress is harder to see. My target is now every 3 weeks to post a new video.

Of course, the biggest difference between the developer's videos and mine is that they'll only show you the positive stuff that helps them sell houses, I don't have that agenda.
