Thanks for the replies! redwitch: I've already submitted another post (looking for feedback on buying vs. renting) but I think it's being previewed/approved by the administrator(s) before it actually gets posted to the forum. At least that's according to the screen that popped up after I sent the post. Probably do it for all noobies????

They previewed my first few posts before they appeared online when I first started posting last winter.

Makes sense. Probably won't show til the morning - depends on how late the administrators are checking for that stuff. It's a somewhat wordy post - they probably fell asleep trying to plow through it all! :-)

I can answer that wordy post on whether you should buy or rent and the answer is YES.

graciegirl: Great answer! And you are right - we already know we'll love it there.....we DO love it there! Just waiting for all the stars to align to allow us to spend more time at TV. We've been making it down there for about 5-6 weeks each of the last couple of winters, broken up across several stays, hangin' out at the local hotel(s). Tough with work situation(s) at present to carve out more time in the winter. But the "right time" isn't too far away!!

Don't laugh... I just realized that I've only been replying to some postings here n there... But have no clue on how to actually post a message of my own. I read somewhere to click on "new thread", but I don't see it anywhere. Help...:confused:

Scroll down to Forum Jump. (On right)

Open the list and select the forum you want to post in.

When you reach the forum scroll down a bit and you find the button (on left) to click to post a new thread just before the topic begin.
