I just finished the BEST pizza in the Villages, on my way to a reverse mortgage seminar, when I saw pile of dog poop. I was driving past a round about where people were doing it wrong, but my electric cart ran out of power - my wife was mad, because she thought we should but a gas cart, since we were in the southern area.

I, like so many others, want to rent an apartment, but there aren’t many, the developer should knock down golf courses and build more. I don’t need much space since I sold my golf clubs because the courses are in terrible shape and the developer rips us off on the greens fees. We also are only selling some of our furniture before we move here full time. On my way for the BEST Chinese food.

What should I do?

Neighbors have a barking dog, they smoke/drink on the lanai, they walk around naked, they play the music too loud, they argue all the time, their tree hangs into your yard.

Where the living is easy

You forgot about the postal-station-trash-cops who post about people who throw their junk mail (and other trash items) in the garbage cans at the postal stations instead of taking it home and putting it in their own garbage.

I never could understand the reasoning behind those complaints, or what the trash cans at the postal stations are meant to be used for!

You forgot to mention that you coming here makes it one too many.

Perfect! I love it!! Lol. I think every negative, complaining, stick in the mud is in this group along with a few good ones. They strive to try and make people as miserable and discontented as they are.

Relax. If a reader couldn’t tell the post was a joke (it was posted in the Just for Fun area), you either don’t have a sense of humor or you haven’t read the I was making fun of the TOTV and NOT The Villages.
I literally included everything we joke about in the threads into a single post.

I personally think the golf courses are in decent shape, greens fees should be higher, golf carts should go 20 or 24 MPH (whatever you are comfortable with) and the builder should build as much or as little as they want - the builder’s vision is what attracted all of us.

Don’t you want a quote for Solar and a new roof, because your shingles are falling off and your electric bill is so high?

Oh, and don't forget the bobcats and coyotes............

This thread is great fun! Tongue in cheek with a pinch of truth. And in spite of the lack of absolute perfection, most of us love it here.
