how do you create a new post
 

Hi - i just joined TOTV and can't figure out how to create a new post. I'm registered but don't see an option saying "create new post". Can someone help direct me?

I've been posting in chat rooms since the early days of the Internet but this is my first one here. I heard about TV a couple of years ago and wasn't sure if it was for me. The more I hear, the more anxious I am to move. Two more years to work...what should I do first?

On the top left hand corner of the page you are on now is an underlined "Talk of the Villages" Click on that and scroll down. You will find the option to make a new post. Welcome to TOTV

I agree with Tom Hannon....use his directions but the words you are looking for is Thread Starter

Oh and be sure to look at the categories....there is a section for first time posters!

Very good, Ssmith. I just came back on the site to add that note about first time posters.

I have been out of the TOTV for about a year and can't figure out how to create a new post. Can you tell me since it seems you were there too awhile ago.
