Google - American golf cart association.

Not sure a membership is worth it. They will tow your cart for non members for $100. Hopefully you don’t need it more than once or twice every few year.

SIRE1 01-01-2022 08:09 PM

Also, if you are a AAA member you can use your road service for your golf cart too.

If someone's golf cart and automobile are insured through the same company, there's a fighting chance that the insurance will pay for road service. You'd have to pay for the service up front of course and get reimbursement through the insurance subsequently.

We have Kart Aide. Have never needed to use the service but our friends have and they were there.

We have them as well. Peace of mind

Kart aid, $59.95 for two years.

Bjeanj 01-02-2022 10:51 AM

We subscribe to KartAid and have used it twice. They specialize in golf carts, and if you say you’re at Churchill on the eighth hole, they’ll find you.

I used KartAide last week for a tow. $75 and very prompt service (I'm not a member). I then checked my golf cart insurance policy (Progressive) and I have a roadside Assistance benefit. After some digging I found their online claim form to get reimbursed for the $75 charge. I await the results of my claim, but I suspect I will recover all or some of the $75. The policy allows up to 3 RAs per year, so if I do get reimbursed, it doesn't make sense to join KartAide, just use them as necessary and file the claims.

We had a tenant break down at 10:30 on a Sunday night. We called 24 Kart Club and he towed it to the house. Their number is (352) 330-1911. The Golf Cart Guy (business name) came the next day to do repair. Their number is (352) 805-0450. The guy's name is Henry Leon. Hope this helps.

Check with AAA. I think they can only tow you if you break down on a road.
