Free Covid Home Tests - "Where Art Thou"
 

Ordered the free Home Covid Tests the very first day that they could be ordered.
Got a confirmation # from USPS.
Still waiting to get the tests.
The "Media" states over 50 million have been delivered.
What has been the experience in T.V. getting these tests.
We don't seem to have symptoms, that would require us to get tested elsewhere.
But, would like to have the home tests, just in case we need to test.

So far, 50 million orders of at-home tests have been shipped to American households across the country, White House COVID-⁠19 Response Coordinator Jeffrey Zients said during a Feb. 16 briefing. Specifically, 200 million individual COVID-19 tests have been sent out, he said. “85 percent of the initial orders are now out the door,” Zients added. “And in the next several days, we will complete the shipping of all of the initial orders.”

We ordered ours the first day as well and got them yesterday

I placed 3 back-to-back orders for tests for people living in 3 different households. Those orders were placed on the first day of the program. One person is still waiting for hers to arrive. It doesn't seem to matter when the orders were placed or be based on alphabetical order. (Every order was for family members and we all have the same last name!) The second order arrived last weekend.

Got ours yesterday, they are made in South Korea.

You can buy them from people at mail station lol

relax how many flu test kits do you really need, nothing is free look around at the increase in prices everywhere.. sounds like your trusting the wrong person for your health.. kits made in China.. how's that working for you.

Costco is selling rapid tests for 39.00 so they have real value. I do not know how many are in their kits. I have not received mine nor a verification of my order and I also ordered on the first day. Where are they?

I also ordered the first day and just got mine on Wednesday. They comes priority mail.

Best response on this thread. However, look at the huge percentage of posts on here already that state "I ordered on the first day". I wonder how many of those people have posted on other threads "What's the rush, you're retired?":1rotfl::1rotfl::1rotfl:

Statement in the website says "transportation issues".

What a government waste of money…..

Got ours two weeks ago. Not sure how good they are. My doctor said he wouldn't consider them a valid test for him to prescribe treatment for Covid. We've had our shots and we both have just survived Covid by treating it with cold medicine. Followed the test instructions exactly and tested positive. That was two weeks ago, right after receiving the test kits. Wife swears we just had colds. But, that is how our kids and grandkids reacted when they had covid before the vaccines were available. They tested positive back then and said they just felt like they had colds. None had serious symptoms. Of course, they aren't old codgers like us, either.

I received 5 test kits Monday. I ordered mine the first day as well. I'm not sure why they sent an extra one.

Seems they're arriving just in time for people to no longer need them...

Maybe they figured that only one out of five prove to be accurate?

Just got a notification from USPS that ours will be delivered on Feb. 22

Received mine 5-6 days after ordering.

Ordered ours 2 or 3 days after you could order, have not seen them yet.
