Don't remember him in "The Caine Mutiny". How big a part did he have?

Here he is in it. It is a very small part as a sailor who testifies about the Humphrey Bogart character's actions as a Captain. |
The Wild One with Marlon Brando
His characters name I think was Chino |
I liked all of them, plus his Johnny Carson guess appearances
|
Another vote for The Wild One

I'd go with The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance as 1, The Dirty Dozen as 2, and The Professionals as 3.

Paint Your Wagon
Lee Marvin in a comical role was different for him and he pulled it off.
Liked the way he played the bad guy, but as a WW2 marine vet he was a hero not a villain. |

I would second the M Squad, early tv at it's best. Old Man Daley banned all movies and shows from filming in Chicago because he didn't like the way M Squad portrayed the city.
|
Paint your Wagon with Clint Eastwood.
|
The “Big Red One”
|
This was the first movie I saw him in. Great actor
|
Cat Ballou...although The Dirty Dozen is a very strong second
