Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Beaumont, CR 466A -- plans submitted to be built next to Culver's which is under construction.

I thought so also. But not so. Thought there may be some good cuisine on the horizon.

You can sit and eat at Marco's and their pizza out of the oven is rather good

What can I tell you, we enjoyed it.

For that matter we have not been to a pizza hut or domino in many years

None of these fast food comes into my category of restaurant.
Tropical Smoothie seems to be popping up more and more. Never had their food, but an occasional smoothie. It’s OK but nothing I would drive out of my way for.

During growing season’s, I freeze and bag fruit together for smoothies, add what spinach, and some grain. Throw everything in my Vitamix in a reusable cup and out I go. One doesn’t have to think to make a smoothie.

As for Marcos, I will take Sammy’s over any pizza chains in a heartbeat

What Happened to CVS
 

I know this thread is about new restaurants, but what happened to CVS at Magnolia Plaza? It is not mentioned in the new video about Magnolia Plaza.

Excellent question! It would be rather convenient to have a CVS in Magnolia Plaza!

I agree Sammy's is better but sometimes convenience wins

I don't think there was ever a full sized CVS planned, what I heard long ago was a CVS clinic, which may show up in one of the smaller store fronts. ?‽??
