Is anyone else aware that she is leaving the practice Sept 2nd??

No I was not aware…thank you for the info. The turnover in this office is over the top

Before we moved here practices we dealt with are very stable so surprised about the turnover

I read recently on Next Door that two other female doctors are leaving this practice also and moving out of state. Dr. Moffett will have his hands full.

I can only speculate why these Dr would be leaving, makes some should think what's going on.

Do not know of her, but have been told that it is very hard to find OB/GYNs in this area.

Walking around the squares or even going to pools not much business for OB's around here

No I did not know and she is my doctor. I have an appointment with her next month. All I was told is that the appointment will not be in her Village office where I previously saw her but it would be in the Leesburg office. But I wasn’t told anything about her leaving. I love her she’s the best OB I’ve ever had. I’m so sorry to hear this. I’ll have to speak to her next week. Does anyone know where she’s moving to? I sure hate to lose her as my doctor.

Dr Kaitlyn Lee also left the practice last month. There are no female doctors.

Actually I do and understand GYN business will continue but the other half not so much.

Women in TV may not go to an OB/GYN, but there are plenty of reasons why they should. Peak age for discovering breast cancer is 72 (who’s prescribing your mammograms?) and peak for ovarian cancer (which can only be found by palpation) is 75-79 - per my doctor.

No, I did not know that and I have an appointment in September. Do you know where she is going as I would like to continue seeing her. She is a wonderful doctor. Very disappointing that her patients have not been notified and would end up seeing someone else on staff when showing up for your appointment; bad practice as far as I'm concerned. Any info you find out would be most helpful.

It is always going to be challenging to find OB- gyn doctors and NP’s who are interested in a largely gynecology practice with an aging population as a huge proportion of their patients- younger ones especially want to deliver babies as well.

She is just moving to Ocala.

She has been my only gyn since I moved here 15 years ago and the only Doctor I have not to had replace I hope that somehow I can find her in Ocala

Dr. Lauren Britt also left Lake OB-GYN associates of Mid-Florida, LLC. I'm having trouble finding a female doctor also. When I do find one, they're not taking new patients. I think they are leaving because they prefer delivering babies.
