New Style Golf Cart

3 Attachment(s)
Correction! This is not a golf cart… it is a LSV. Now one particular member can enjoy their evening.

No I do not sell these but thought they were interesting. I can see them at the polo matches tailgating!

tophcfa 12-27-2022 06:01 PM

That’s not a golf cart, it doesn’t have a place to put golf clubs.

Bracne 12-27-2022 07:03 PM

That is an available option according to the website.

A place to put golf clubs is not an option on a real golf cart.

Bracne 12-27-2022 07:12 PM

Okay. I will change the description. Have a great evening.

No matter what you say, you will have someone here find fault with it. They have nothing better to do.

Arlington2 12-27-2022 09:10 PM

I wonder if these are actually allowed on the golf courses. The only constraint I am able to find is the tire designation. Nothing about wheel base, width or weight. It could be fun and interesting to have a party cart when we have those long waits on the tee.

GpaVader 12-28-2022 07:52 AM

Wonder if they have a camping option? How many can you sleep in that??? Any mention of a bathroom and shower option???

Bilyclub 12-28-2022 07:57 AM

There are enough oversized vehicles on the MMP's as it is. Don't encourage more.

Lyn Wagner 12-28-2022 08:05 AM

What is the website for this vehicle? Thanks

thevillager1988 12-28-2022 08:09 AM

That is pretty awesome ... anyone know the brand or what it's called?

MidWestIA 12-28-2022 08:16 AM

If

If you golf make sure you can take it on the course. A guy here has a cart looking ? with noisy off road tires and he is not allowed on a course

Drrichross 12-28-2022 08:25 AM

Not sure of brand, but did see an article about it. If I recall correctly it is like $32k

Bingo!! It's a chronic problem on here, overabundance of people with nothing else to do...

I saw several of these when we lived in the Dallas area 10 years ago- rather than use their gas car, they would take kids to school in this electric car with no doors.

It’s like the one that went out of business Yugo. but it’s called, WE-All-GO. Yes a cleaver golf cart, but it’s not my cup of tea!

Kinda cool, but it may not prove to be too practical here. For one thing, the speed tops out at 25, and if you try to drive on Morse Blvd, even though it may be legal, you'll probably run into trouble with automobiles which will be traveling at 40-45; especially at the height of the season when most drivers won't have the patience for it. It may or may not be allowed on the golf course, and it looks like its almost too big for the golf car paths as far as cornering and maneuvering through tunnels.

Personally, I am on board with ANY electric vehicle truck, car, motorcycle, bicycle, LSV, or golf cart. The MANY older gas golf carts with their speed governors altered are offensive both from a lack of rules enforcement - and are offensive from an insult to the nasal passages and lungs of pedestrians and bystanders perspective.

Have you ever seen a 4-seater golf cart? It is an option for clubs.

mikempp 12-28-2022 06:06 PM

Be great as long as it’s not electric.

mikempp 12-28-2022 06:07 PM

Booo! The gas are more environmentally friendly.

This thing is six feet wide. That presents a big problem for oncoming vehicles on the paths and tunnels.

merrymini 12-29-2022 05:10 AM

Hopeful, you would never get hit by a car in that thing! I have a electric cart and love it.

I was thinking how much fun it would be to see that thing coming at me on the Morse Bridge by Sumter Landing, or the 441 bridge on my way to Orange Blossom.

my buddy bought an Evolution golf cart and the clip to hold a score card and pencil was an option.
He didn't realize it until he played golf one day and realized he had no place to put his card and pencil. He assumed it was an oversight but when he called the dealer he was informed that he had to pay extra for that piece.
BUT....it has a back-up camera.

Yeah, that thing isn't going to work here.

Bfdretiref 12-29-2022 09:14 AM

I like it!

Laker14 12-29-2022 11:21 AM

It seems to me that in TV this would only work as a street-legal vehicle. I wonder if it comes with all of the accoutrements required for that designation.

My impression is that it's too big for the cart designated lanes, MMPs, , bridges etc, but I wouldn't want to drive it in traffic. I'm not sure why it impresses me as being more unsafe than a street-legal 2 seater, but it does. Maybe it's just the thought of taking children out in traffic in that thing that scares me.

Would work well at celebration, or a self contained family area. Just think watching kids soccer match while relaxing with snacks. But guessing nobody on this forum is driving to soccer practice anytime soon.

But the panic has begun, there is a post with a picture, and now the worry is it could show up in TV. But remember folks, more than one Car, has mistakenly traveled the cart path, traveled over a bridge, and through tunnels. This would be less scary than a car on a mmp if someone chose to buy
