Picture?
Would anyone happen to have a pre drywall picture of what is contained in the area under your Water Heater Tank? Looking for one that the Furnace and Water tank are in the utility closet in the garage on a Designer Home. Thanks

i have ducts under the hvac as well, but i have nothing under the hot water heater side. |
There are also 1 or 2 drain lines, one for the HVAC and one for the water heater drain pan, these MIGHT be connected together. I have pictures of our house under construction, I will need to look an see if one shows this area.

This is a Mossy Oak built in 2021. Air Handler on the right. Water Heater on the left

Empty space under our furnace/water platform.

My home is a 2006 Gardenia. My water heater was on a platform box.
We changed to a tankless water heater that is on the outside wall. When we removed the water heater we removed the box. Nothing there. You might have to drill a hole and take a look inside yours. |
