Disney raises prices again
Annual passes have increased by 7%
When will the insanity end? |

Higher prices -> lower attendance -> shorter lines -> less complaining, all while collecting more profit. Seems like a big win for Disney. The time will come when they add one too many straws and attendance collapses. Unfortunately, that may be several more price increases away. |

Remarkably they are still able to fill their parks

Don't matter what they charge, people will still come .

Worked for us, and most others. |
Price gouging is something they are notorious for but why do it to residents?

Unreasonable?? Unfair?? Don't think so, 50,000,000 visited last year. Crisis??? Don't think so............it's a luxury, not a necessity. |
Yeah. We all know prices never go up.

As long as people keep showing up they’ll keep raising the prices. What’s sad are the people that have little fiscal discipline and go thousands of dollars in debt to spend a week there.

Our 2 pass holders Pixie renewal 10/19 with photo pass on 10/19 $822. Less $500 from Disney rewards points. Less Amex rewards points $200.
Total cash $122. Out of pocket Have never paid more than $150 for any pass holder for Disney, or Universal (renewal $ $135). |

People will complain, but many will bite the bullet and pay whatever Disney charges.

The number of adults who go there repeatedly without children/grandchildren is concerning.
|
Simple explanation. INFLATION affects everything. 7% is about right.
|
I don’t care. My annual pass is increasing by $30.00. Disney is my happy place and I will still be going often and with a smile on my face.
|
Disney for some not so strange reason is losing money hand over fist. So they are raising prices not just with ticket sales, but across the board with their other business. I dropped HULU like a hot potato when their prices went up. I don’t like supporting companies with their ‘values’. If you know what I mean. It’s no wonder why their movies as of late are huge flops at the box office. Disney has lost American confidence.

be mindful of the PERKS
Cast Members are provided for fairly with Salary and Benefits (they deserve), crews clean and disinfect nightly, massive fireworks display, and the list goes on and on … |

I am an adult and love disney, although their woke junk is deplorable. I do not watch any of their movies any more. I am hoping they wake up from their mental illness and am glad that Walt Disney is not alive to see this happening. The parks are funding their other losses. Hopefully, I can hang in there until their recovery.

Universal Studios is better and cheaper, much better rides. The best annual pass also has free fast pass after 4 pm, just use the app before 4 for shorter wait times.

Need to do research on paying straight out for one time visit vs annual pass. Any suggestion on websites to provide straight forward comparisons, info, etc?
