I don't see an update for Android. Last update is in 2024.

Really? That's the reason we installed it in the first place. Not really needed now that we've been her a while but was a lifesaver the first year or so.

The other feature I use all the time is finding who is playing at the squares. Select Calendar then Where=Town Squares and Type=Entertainment. This is not the only place to find the information but it is a useful option.

Thanks for the info. Automatic upgrade on my iphone. Very useful new features. The new navigation looks to be seriously improved.

Hopefully they fixed the tendency for the directions to repeat, repeat, repeat, like a stuck old record, LOL

I have flushed the app from memory, signed out/in. Version 3.1.27 is still loading. Please advise. Thanks.

Make sure your iphone has the latest SW and turn it off and back on. That seems to cure a lot of problems.

The Villages(R) App on the App Store

Did you go to the App Store and search for The Villages app? When I did that it showed there was an update available but I needed to be in the App Store to see it.

It's at least possible that the app needs something newer than the 13 but not likely.

I have the SE 3rd and it automatically updated the nav app.

The only option that worked was to go directly to the App store and UPDATE. Thanks all....

I removed old version and installed new. The navigation link doesn't seem to be connecting.

Not seeing anything new on the Android side like the earlier poster. I'll keep a watch out.

I still prefer the VillagesGPS you pay for.

I tried the paid app, but when I put in A dnas On The Green, it took me to a private residence about 15 mins in the wrong direction. My guess it that it took me to the owner's house.

I removed the paid app, cannot trust it for directions any more.
Plus it is slow to update new golf car paths.

Android is still on 3.1.27

We had it for home search and I just never dug in any deeper. We had The Villages GPS but like you I don’t need much Nav help anymore. Still, good to know.

I'm assuming its differentfromtheappthat has home listing?

On the Apple App Store it is "The Villages App." It is the one with the white "V" on the green background.

I deleted the App frommy phone and cannot get it back.
It is not listed in the Android Play Store.
Any ideas?
