There's a BIG one on the south side, if you're going to terminal 3. Follow the signs to terminal 3 and keep left, you'll see it. Several shops in this one. |
The cell lot is south of the terminals, so coming from the north you have to drive a couple of minutes past the terminals on Jeff Fuqua blvd. Some, including me, have found that confusing because when you get to the terminals you think you might have missed it.
You will notice lots of people just park along the side of the approach roads and use that as their personal cell lot. I am sure that is not allowed, and it looks kind of dangerous, but I see lots doing it. Personally, I like to park in the short term lot and meet my party on foot and then walk back to the car. That is a very low stress solution. It is free for 20 minutes and $4/hour thereafter, so it is not expensive. PS....just read about the north side cell lot. didn't know about that, you learn new things every day. |
Yes, there are 2 cell lots - you need to know what terminal they are coming into. International? Jet Blue? Southwest?
I always have my husband pick me up upstairs at departures for Terminal A (traffic much easier to negotiate) since I only have carry on for Terminals A or B - its an easy walk to get to the other side and it makes the drivers life easier. Terminal C means pick up at arrivals - they made that terminal much harder to get from arrivals to departures for some reason. Im at MCO twice a month or so lol. |
We take the turnpike and park in the North Cell Phone Lot. If we then need to get to the other terminal, it's easy enough to follow the signs.
The one trick about the north lot is that it is a right-hand exit as you get in sight of the terminal. It is marked well but I was in the left lane heading to the terminal and missed the exit to the right the first time through. There is usually plenty of parking and there are restroom facilities. |
Yes, the north cell lot is really nice, they have restrooms, benches and boards showing flight status information, at least they did about a year ago when I was there.

Directions .
Turnpike to FL-528 exit (to Airport) Continue on FL-528 east to exit 11. Exit right onto Jeff Fuqua Blvd. Turn right onto Station Loop Rd. Cell phone lot entrance will be on your right. |
We have used both lots depending on the terminal. Very nice that there is an arrival screen and restrooms. Please ask the arriving folks call when they have their bags and are ready to walk out the door. Just a few minutes to drive there and others will be grateful that you aren’t taking up space while you wait. It can be very busy.

Yes there are signs directing you as you drive in.
|
Yes there are 2. One when you enter the airport property and another on the far side

Cell phone lot
There are cell phone lots and the direction to them is marked on the highway when you get on the airport loop.
|
There are cell phone lots … but they’re quite a distance away from the terminals. It’s almost easier to wait at a hotel or restaurant north of the airport on Jeff Fuqua / S Semoran.

Post #-11 nails it.

Simple Google search
Sorry, but it always amazes me that people will come on this site and ask simple questions that a 1-minute Google search would give them a plethora of answers. And equally amazing that a number of people will give them lengthy answers.
|
There are 2 lots. The north and south. Terminal A uses the north lot. Terminal B use the south lot. Easy Peezy…follow the signs.
|
Two cell phone lots.
Two lots north and south. I prefer the Dunk's across the street from the south lot.
|
Just search for “mco north cell phone lot” or “mco south cell phone lot” in any gps app. Sometimes reception is not good at these lots though.

Its easier to just park at a restaurant or hotel just north of the airport and wait for them to call. Starbucks, Panera, etc. if you want something and a restroom. It can take 30-45 minutes after landing to retrieve bags, depending on time of day. No need to arrive early.

Just back from MCO went to cell phone lot, north to pickup our son. Nicest one we have seen, very nice rest room, water, benches and can see updates on flights coming in.
Well done. |
