Where is the best place to eat outside of The Villages????

Harry's Seafood Bar & Grill - Ocala $$$
Marks Prime Steak house - Ocala $$$$$

The Cotillion in Wildwood

What kind of food??? How far is Wildwood???

I like the Cotillion also. Southern food $$
I also Like Pasta Faire in Bellview $$

Wildwood is the town through which you drive as you exit the turnpike or cross through on 44 from I75. It's located about 6 miles due west of the 466a/Morse intersection.

Belleview Pizza

I can relate to Bill. The occasional (but powerful, when it hits - usually without warning, just like a Ninja) craving for these tiny but oh, so enticing little burgers is sometimes acquired very early in life (but it is probably never too late) and once it's there I'm afraid for at least some of us there is no fighting it, and no substitute (no steak or lobster will do) or permanent solution to this vice short of surrender (one must know his or her limitations), which, I'll confess, means a drive to Ocala. At some of life's most stressful - or most or celebratory, or just hilarious - moments, White Castle (that's what we had in Louisville) was one of our favorite late night go-to places; it was always there for us and it never let us down.

:mmmm: Stumpknockers ... either in Inverness or on State Rd 200 West of Ocala.... Great Food! Even got gator tail and frog legs!!!

When I first moved to Chicago, some friends took me to White Castle for hamburgers. I ordered one... I thought I was going to starve. You think someone would have told em they are only a bite???

We have one of those here!!! Someone asked us to pick one up while we were out to lunch... The grease was dripping through the bag... I haven't had one of those in a LONG time!! Gotta try one!!! :thumbup:

I would have to say the best place to eat is stavros in lady lake

The one in lady lake is good they dont have as much grease and it is ground chuck not fat. It is oh so great

We like Ramshackle in Leesburg. Great happy hour, and makes you think you're at the ocean.

White Castle's are much much better than Krystal!

I was near Krystal twice in the last three days and passed on it (again)
