Finally a contract after 9 months!
 
We finally sold our home!:bigbow: A 30 day escrow and hopefully we will be in The Villages in November, we are so relieved and pleased.

Thank you for all your kind words and thoughts. It only took one buyer, now let's get through the inspection and appraisal, but I'm having a sense of hope!

Great news! Hang in there, everything is going to workout fine. If you think you've made friends on TOTV (I'm one of them!), just wait until you get here, "'cuz you ain't seen nothing yet!". And don't worry, you won't miss a thing. I'll keep a couple of lovebugs in a jar for you! Does anyone know what you feed a lovebug?
