Graciegirl had the closing on their new home in TV yesterday! So she and her family (including their two cats.....) are now officially FROGS! Congratulations!! :pepper2: (Can cats be frogs, though? :1rotfl: )

Maybe Sandy and I will get to that point someday.......

Oh Bill, thank you, and to all of our TOTV friends and friends we haven't met, please stop by anytime at Wake Forest Lane. There are only 8 houses total on that street so it is easy to find us.

Two of our cats don't mind being Frogs but the other one wants to be King.

The previous Talk Host and my friend Karen said not to put the house number or I would.

I am new to the Villages.. Soon to be moving to Buttonwood..Hopefully sooner than later...But....... What is a "Frog" I keep seeing it posted on TOTV but have no idea... I have heard of snowbirds.. but not "Frogs". If it is a term only for Villagers than I can't wait to be a "Frog"..:laugh:

AFTER 3 MONTHS ON THE MARKET WE TOOK YOUR WORDS OF WISDOM TO HEART "'LIST IT FOR THE LOWEST PRICE POSSIBLE THAT WON'T HURT" Dropped the price and had an offer in 2 weeks. Closing is the end of October but we are leaving NJ midmonth before the cold weather arrives. Finally will see our new home in Pennecamp. Anxious to meet all the frogs. Pete & Janice

Gracie, Congratulations.......I am so green with envy....I wish it was me...we will be down in October and I am going to try and stop by for a quick chat...we will be there two weeks..checking out our house and etc...we have not seen it yet..

Congratulations, Gracie! I know it all happened in a short time and you have worked hard. Now you can take your time unpacking and making your new home, home!

An artist friend stopped by and did a portrait of Gracie's new pad! You can see Gracie and her sweetie in the picture, but I think that Helene was playing hide and seek in the cattails!
