:wave:we are KEN & CHERYL and we are really looking forward to meeting all our new neighbors in the coming months. bought a piece of property on yarbough way and intend to build in 2012 we checked TEXAS AND Arizona before we found TV. WE 'RE READYTO BE FROGS SEE YOUALL SOON!!!

We bought dirt also and our house will be done 12/29!!!

Our lot in on Raven Croft Terrace, close to the Captiva Rec Center.

When are they going to start to building your house?

Hello all

My wife Vera and I will be building our home on silk tree terrace in December 2011. We are closing on our home in Virginia on the 18th of November.
Then heading down to start the process.

we had a great lot on Silk Tree Terrace and I loved the name of the street but just in the nick of time we discovered that our Gardenia with a bay front would not fit on the lot and we had to move to Vanilla Leaf Place and pay a $7000 premium for the lot. We are moving in on the 12th of January and will be only a couple of streets from you.

Good luck with your move -- we will be in TV the first week in December and maybe will get to meet you then --

Welcome to TV - We have our lot on Evinston Court. Thanks to my lovely bride of 25 years - Angie Fox we now have a closing date in late January. We can't wait to move in and meet all of you. Hope to make the big move in March 2012. :wave::wave::wave:

We just picked up a lot on Silk Tree Terrace . We will building next fall.. It was the last thing we did before leaving town! Literally the last thing. Lot 81 came back up on the market .. Someone had a 3 hr hold and we waited it out! We put our money down and now have a year to plan... It will be a long year.. We are so excited!!! What a great street!!!!!
We will have one more winter in Wisconsin. Our house is already sold so just waiting the magic retirement date.. Can't wait to hear from our new neighbors!!

Welcome. We are neighbors. Vera and I are on on Lot 80. Hope to start building in December. We were supposed to close Friday Nov 18th in Virginia but there was a problem with paperwork at the buyers bank. A clerical error we were told. We signed our papers the day before. Just waiting on a close date this week.

Janet would love to hear what you are building. We are in Wisconsin 25 miles west of Milwaukee.. I retired from my first career with the telephone company and have been in real estate. Going to build a Begonia with extended front and lanai. Keeping our fingers crossed on our closing. we are cutting it close with these buyers. Vera is a speech pathologist in Virginia and would probably work down there after retiring up here after 19 years. I retired from Lockheed. Are you golfing at all.

Ok. Is Santibellian a word?? My husband and I will start building first week in April and will be moving in June. We are on the Fort Walton Golf Course on a cul de sac on Adrienne Way. Lot 29. Is anyone out there our neighbor?? We will be the last home to build on the cul de sac. We live in New York State and we currently have snow on the ground. Can't wait to live in Paradise (at least it will be to us!) :wave:

We will be on hole #7 on Fort Walton golf course, but I don't recognize your street. Could be you are on the 2nd section, though. We are in the first section of Sanibel. What street is yours off of?

skyc6, Happinow is on the tee box for hole 8... Nice lot! I'm not sure which one it is as we only have the numbers for our part of the village but those are great lots. They have a view of the green for 5 and tee for 8! Sweet!

Yes she is! If you look the :"The Villages" page, you can see the streets. It doesn't show the lot numbers, but it give you an idea of what street everyone is on and what section.

We will be at 964 Vanilla Leaf Place Sunday til Wednesday --stop by and help us watch our new home take shape. We are starting to count the days until January 11--closing day and January 12 --moving in day!:wave:

Hi everyone. I must admit I don't know where I am!!! LOL My husband and I were at our lot once and I couldn't tell you how to get there. All we know is that we are lot 29 on Adrienne Way on the cul de sac., on Bonifay Golf Course Fort Walton. I have no idea what Tee we are near or anything. I'll have to look closely when we get there. There are houses already built around us. I expect we will be the last house to go up there. When we visit in March, you can bet I will pay attention to where I'm gonna live! I found our lot on a map and from what I can see the streets around us are Pinella's Place (looks like a main kinda road), Navin's Street, Asher Path, Journey Lane and Pickett Road. That's all I know! Can't wait to meet some of our neighbors! :wave:

Hi Angie! Thanks for letting me know where I'm gonna be! I have to agree, we love the lot. The swale grass gives us a bit of privacy, since we will have a pool, and we can also see the beautiful golf course. Can't wait to start building!

Happi--I found your street on the map! Looks like a great lot. Looking forward to meeting you. I have sent you a "friend request" on Facebook, so maybe we can get acquainted there beforehand.
