Anyone building on Fenwick Loop ? We will be closing, on our home, January 10th.

As I mentioned before we are 2 lots away from you on the water. Hope your build is going well. Our address per our realtor will be 799 Fenwick Loop. We are now wavering between a Lily and an Iris.

I don't understand the numbering system, Jack. You are 2 lots from me and my street number is 811.

Not sure about how they came about the numbers but got mine from the realtor. Maybe the houses across the street from us, also Fenwick have the other numbers?

Our house is coming along nicely. I will send you the updated photo's that we should get this Monday. We also looked at the Iris, before we finally decided on the Lily.

My retirement begins this coming Friday, 12/16 @ 3PM. Maybe sooner because I have to turn my gun in on Thursday. Can catch the bad guys without a gun. :icon_wink:

Yeah, I noticed. Then again I never got along with the guys that wore gold. I think it goes back to the plain clothes days. I kinda learned to pay in the grey area........ a lot. I had a good team. I do miss them.

I work in Baltimore County MD.. That is ending this coming Friday, after 36 years.

I think I replied to JackZ once. I believe I have the lot between SgtJohn and JackZ. We live in Minnesota and are both retired. Working on getting the house ready to sell. Want to have it on the market in January. Have not decided on a model yet. We have rented a villa in TV for mid-January to mid-April. I am in Phoenix now golfing with some friends from the company I retired from.

I just bought a home on Fenwick loop and will be closing on Jan 20th. Hope to meet all you folks when I get down there.

Lot 145. Its being built as we speak. Its a seabreeze with a 2 car and golf car garage. I am so ready to leave Chicago.

Congrats on your new place. We will be at our home at 811 Fenwick Loop on the 10th, but maybe gone by the 20th. We have to sell our home in Pennsylvania and need to return to handle that. I'll be making monthly trips back, but won't fully move in until the PA home sells. If you see we're home, stop in and say hello.

I have been reading the posts. I think I replied to SgtJohn's request. I don't think it shows up here. Still trying to figure out this site. I started out in college in law enforcement but joined the army after the first year, then blew out a knee and got discharged after 33 days, so went back to school for accounting and ended up in IT.

Surprised with all the sales on the lots in our area more people are not joining in this thread.

I am sure more people will post, as their closing dates near. Some just haven't found this site at all.

Our time is drawing near. We will be in TV on the January 8th, and our settlement is on the 10th. We begin, slowly, moving into our home, at 811 Fenwick Loop, that afternoon. Excitement is building.........:)

What's the weather like? Last year I remember the last time I played golf was on December 15th with one exception, on New Year's Eve day it got up to 42 so I played at Geneva Farms north of Forest Hills, the place was packed. Today the weather here was 85 and I'll be playing free golf on Christmas day if the course isn't too mobbed.

Hasn't been too bad this year, so far. Had an early snow fall in October.
Got about 5" of heavy stuff. It damaged a large tree in my yard.
It cost me $800 to get it cleaned up.

Hi Neighbors -
We closed in April on Fenwick Loop. We've been down a couple of times (from TN) and will be back the first two weeks of July to have furniture delivered and try to play some golf. Hope to meet some of you.

We got a Sand Dollar cottage. It's been fun shopping for furniture, golf cart, and all the stuff to make it a home, even though it will be part time for a while. We got a cart from the cart place up at Sumter Landing and funiture gets delivered the first week of July. Are you in a designer? I'm still trying to figure out these Forums and Threads and communications things. Sorry if you get this about a dozen times. Hope you all are doing well with the storm and rains. Hope to meet you and all the other Fenwick Loopers soon.

We currently still own dirt on the lake at 799 Fenwick Loop.

Our appointment is 8/27 with the Design Center to outfit our Designer Iris Model which will start construction shortly after the appointment.
