Cons are not concerned with what is true or how accurate a statement is - or isn't - before they cut and paste something. To a con anything posted on a website or stated in a blog is a fact.

What is even sadder than that, is they somehow feel they need to post made up stuff about the First Lady. Guess, it makes them feel tough and macho by picking on the Firsty Lady. Like that congressman from Wisconsin (I think he is from), Jim Sensibrenner (sp), who made derogatory remarks about the size of the First Lady's posterior - this coming from an extremely obese guy.

Seeing as how this administration has gotten rid of Bin Laden and dozens of other Al Queada operatives - something the previous one couldn't do - and seeing as how Obama just took Boehner and Cantor to school, what else do the cons have left but to pick on The First Lady.

Not to worry BTK...it happens. There are hundreds of phoney stories out there on both side. The silence from one side on this issue is deafening.

There have been, over the years, so many of these things put out about President Bush it became a profession to come up with them and they were posted on here and other forums as facts, and those who posted them NEVER EVER admitted it was an error, BUT YOU DID and people do make mistakes.

why is it that some can bring up Bush and when others do we get thats past history crap,it's time to move on. Just saying.

This is how our political system works.

Of course, candidates and their spouses solicit political donations. However, the underlying message was to make non-thinking people believe that Mrs. Obama was squeezing $3 donations while, herself, was taking a $4 million vacation paid for by taxpayers.

It is amazing how these political bloggers make so much money from just having a following of drones who click on their blogs - and advertisers pay a few cents per click. It really adds up over a short time.

Whatever the outcome of this reported story, The Obama's did indeed bask in the extravagance of a luxurious 4 million dollar Hawaiian getaway at the expense of the American public, and they are also trolling for donations to their campaign to extend their stay in "the people's house".

There can be no denying of anything I've written above.

...and the highest cost of the trip was Air Force One as well as security for the First Family. It is no different than any other President.

While it might be an amusing thought to have the President and all of Congress make all their flights on Southwest Airlines and go through TSA security checks with the rest of us, they will continue to have Air Force One no matter who is president.

You are so wrong on this that it's scary. I have received 3 emails from Michelle Obama and one from Barry himself in the last 3 days, asking for $3. (I'm on the email list because I wrote a letter to him a couple of years ago.)

Michelle Obama (Antoinette) is indeed asking poor and middle class Americans for a $3.00 donation while basking in the Hawaiian sun in her $2000 sundress on her family's $4 Million Dollar Holiday getaway, all at the expense of those she's hitting up now.

President Obama will raise more in $3.00 donations from the 99%, than Willard Romney will raise in $10,000,000 donations from the 1%, because he fights for the middle class.

I said President Obama stands up for the middle class, even though he makes enough to be considered upper middle class. Why don't you look up what Willard Romney's various homes are worth? I didn't hear you complaining about John McCain's 17 homes. Bush's "vacations" were taken at his own private residence in Texas and not extravagant venues in some of the priciest resorts and residences all over the world like the Obama's prefer. President Bush's staff often joined him at his Texas Ranch where meeting were held. You compare this to Obama's Martha's Vineyard, Africa and Hawaii escapades? It's very sweet of you to come to his aid, though.

If you'll check your facts, you'll find that President Obama pays for his accomodations himself.

Was this the same Texas Ranch where President Bush was handed the memo titled "Osama Bin Laden to attack US" on Aug 6, 2001 and he replied "Okay, you covered your a--" and went back to clearing brush? So much for his staff meetings.

Well, to start off the new year, I got a good link that shows Junior Bush spent 5 times the amount of Pres. Obama taking Air Force One to Crawford. Why not accept the fact that the President travels on Air Force One and not Southwest Airlines? The major cost of your $4 million is the operating cost of Air Force One.

I would kind of like to know what the total overall cost was of Junior Bush's jet flight to the aircraft carrier when he declared "Mission Accomplished".

Of course you're not counting the money per trip, and you're not counting 8 years against 3. You're also not counting that the American People were in good economic times during 7+ years of the Bush Presidency and not in the economic doldrums that the country finds itself in now.
