Gracie, before you came into my life
I loved to use OMG!!
Or Oh, Ca-Ca!
As a response to mine or someone’s strife.

I loved ROTFLMAO - sometimes with feet in the air added for emphasis.
The little smiley faces with eyes that roll or bug out
let others know their post was silly.
Then there was the silent WTF is this?

Now, on TOTV when things start to get rowdy,
Bill passes out popcorn while Skyguy animates.
Peppers still dance and smilies do the Wave.
But as posts are written and read there’s a collective and almost audible….
Who’s gonna be the first to post “BOY HOWDY”?

Gracie girl, so fair of face
you show us all how to run the race

Follow the rules and all is forgiven
Life in the Villages is good as heaven

Gracie girl always full of good cheer
but also ready to deliver a kick in the rear
to that person who foolishly speaks ill of our town
She sets them straight, with not even a frown
