March Madness Tourney
 
Okay. I think I set up a March Madness tourney on Yahoo for us.

The Group ID is 65089 and the password is totv1203 (lower case).

They do not give much info on creating the group but hopefully you can get in.

Sign into yahoo.com and go to sports and go to the Tourney pick'em. Click on Join A Group and Join Group and enter group ID and password and set up your bracket name. You can start setting up the brackets after the selection show tonight (or tomorrow).

Hope I did not mess it up too bad.

Let me know if you have problems.

Looks like we are getting a good group of players.

I don't see a problem. It would have to be under different Yahoo IDs.

I also play two tourneys at MakeYourTake if you want to get into other free tourneys.

I always like to play a bracket that favors my team, and one that has a few upsets. Although even with more than one bracket, I never seem to come close to the top 5 -- but it's still a lot of fun...

1st round and happy to say Florida Gator and I leading the pack with 24 of 32. :a040: I'm giving you all a chance though. Duke kick my butt, I had them going to the finals. Hoping to see Kentucky fall next round or semis, otherwise put a folk in me, I done. Thanks Z, having fun with this.

Losing two #2 seeds did not help me either.

But on the good side, with Missouri gone, the Gators have a better chance!

Well, looks like my TOTV bracket is all ready dead in the water. One of my other 4 Yahoo brackets is still doing well.

I do not really watch that much college BB so am not knowledgable about which teams to pick.

Was expecting some upsets but surely a little further along in the tourney. I'd be in great shape if we were picking the losers instead of the winners.:sigh:

The final is tonight. Kentucky vs Kansas. From my calculations we have two possible winners. Johntotv1 with Kentucky and Bigknuckel with Kansas.

Thanks for setting up the pool so that we could have a little fun with the tourney. Rallied at the end to get up to 6th but I'll have to study a little harder for next year.
